Very beautiful place with a great view and in a great location.the owners of hogans place are very nice and friendly. For someone wanting a beautiful place to relax and watch and listen to the waves crash this is the place.

This condo is one of the nicest rentals we’ve had! It is beautifully decorated and very clean!! The Hogans look were wonderful hosts! We would recommend this condo!!

Very enjoyable stay. We were welcomed by owner, shown the place, and enjoyed a very relaxing week stay with all amenities we needed. The views from the place are the best, the place was very clean, bright and welcoming. The beach wasn’t too busy, and just simply the best of what we wanted for an east coast beach vacation. Restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible in the area.

My wife and I wished we could have rented for 2 weeks. We really hated to leave. Tim is the ultimate owner. His pride in his property shows throughout. We love his Hogan’s Place. We meant to write about our wonderful stayin his Guest Book, but we forgot. We hope to return.

Hogan’s place was the absolute BEST spot for a relaxing beach vacation! The deck has the perfect view of the ocean, the beach is a few short steps away, and the space was clean and really well decorated!!! My friend and I came for a getaway to celebrate her birthday and we loved every minute of our stay! Tim was an amazing host and super helpful, we were within walking distance of everything you could want/need. We are looking forward to returning next year!! I highly recommend this spot for your Carolina Beach vacation!!

It was as advertised - great oceanfront location and nice and clean

We enjoyed our Carolina Beach trip. This section of Carolina Beach was overall above average based on previous stays on Carolina Beach. We were impressed with the communication and rapid replies to emails and texts by the owner, Tim. Tim met us at the property and walked us through the condo. They provided lots of linens, towels, TP, paper towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a locked closet on the ground floor of the building to store our personal beach items. It is apparent that the owners love their property. The condo has a lovely beachy decor. The living room and bedrooms are roomy. The photos do not clearly show that the deck is not covered. The parking is tight. Anything other than 2 compact vehicles leave the backend of the 2nd vehicle slightly on the road. The road is one way and not particularly busy so it wasn't a huge issue. Rankings only allow visitors to evaluate at whole numbers-overall the rating is considered a 4.5-4.75.

It's always difficult finding a place to stay on the beach that is both affordable and comfortable. However, I am not exaggerating when I say that this place feels like home. The Hogan's did an amazing job opening up their beautiful home and providing all the essentials needed to stay comfortably. I had no problem cooking, cleaning my clothes, using the bathroom, etc. everything was provided and was so clean! I'm a stickler about cleanliness and I'm always nervous staying in a place that's not my home but the condo was so incredibly clean that I could just relax. Also, we had one rainy day and we used the board games provided to keep us busy. With the beach access and the amenities provided, we didn't have to leave the place for entertainment during the whole 4 days we were there. I can honestly say that the Hogan's home made our vacation feel like a dream come true!
