Place was as advertised. The waterpark was a great extra feature. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful condo, close to the beach, waterpark amenities. You cannot beat this rental!

This updated condo was a great fit for our family. We loved the location, and the access to the pool and the beach! Great area to stay for a more laid back vacation away from the really busy beach towns. We loved being so close to the beach, but having access to the waterpark as well. I had my coffee and read my book each morning overlooking the intercoastal waterway. It was exactly what our family needed!

This condo had the perfect location and was very clean. We enjoyed our relaxing family trip and wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our condo and so did our kids! It was home away from home. We have three children ages 12,10 and 7, they loved having their own bathroom and their own beds, as well as a smart TV to relax after a full day at the pool or the beach. The waterpark added joy for us all, the slides and the lazy river were so fun. We were close to go up for lunch or to have lunch at the snack shack. We especially loved the large balcony and the sun decks for quiet reading time with a cup of coffee while the kids slept in. Would definitely come back and recommend this unit. The mgr company was great! My only suggestion is to get a full length mirror for guests:) thank for a great week!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. We had such a wonderful time. THe view was beautiful, the place was so clean and accommodating. We LOVED how close everything was. We walked to the beach every day and every evening for the sunsets. WIll definitely be back again!

Everything about the property was beautiful and easy! The condo was so clean and nice. The location was amazing and the view from the balcony was the best! Using the waterpark was really easy and fun!

First vacation with two of our granchildren (9 and 4). They absolutely loved the water park. The beach was a 3 minute walk away, but we chose to drive because of the 4 year old and found free parking right next to the beach each time. The beach equipment/toys/wagon were perfect. Walking distance to seafood, mexican, ice cream and various other restaurants and bars. CVS one block away for those things you cannot bring on the air plane. I had a Wal-Mart delivery set up for the morning after we arrived and it worked out perfectly. Be sure to visit John's Pass (10 minute drive to the south) for shopping, Bubba Gump's and any rental you dream of. We took the dolphin cruise and saw probably 15 dolphins. Highly recommend this place and it's management team!

Everything was perfect! Great condo, location and so many restaurants and activities to do near by! The water park was a big hit for the family as well! A great time was had by everyone in our party!

This place was amazing and the entire family (18mo - 6yr) enjoyed the stay. The condo is very nice and very roomy with a great view. The waterpark passes were a great addition to the room and our kids had a blast! We would recommend this to any family with young children.

Place was very clean with great views. It is a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. One of the big issues is lack of parking. Overnight next door lot is being offered for $20.

Great condo (layout, amenities, cleanliness, view), great location (many restaurants to walk to, beach, CVS), great time. Kids enjoyed the water park and arcade. It was nice that even when the water park was closed, the pool opened dawn/dusk for guests. Easy walk to the beach. Wish we had another day!

Great stay in the low key beach town of Indian Rocks beach, much quieter than Clearwater. Several good restaurants nearby and easy beach access. Condo was clean and spacious, this unit pretty isolated from water park noise. We had a great stay!

This was just what we needed this weekend. The adults enjoyed watching the boats going in and out from the balcony and the kids had a blast at the water park! What a neat setup. Restaurants and bars within walking distance were shockingly good. Would stay there again!

We just spent 6 nights at this property and had a wonderful time! It was very clean and came with a small amount of supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels/napkins, garbage bags which is very nice - I have stayed at other VRBOs in which none of this is provided so it's great to have essentials upon arrival! The location was perfect for a family vacation. Only a few minute walk to the ocean and the attached water park is wonderful for those of all ages. Although, the condo only comes with 4 waterpark passes, it costs each additional member $15/day which I did not think was unreasonable. This specific room within the condo had a gorgeous view of the harbor which was great for daytime viewing of boat traffic and we even saw dolphins (almost daily). You get a partial view of the ocean which is nice too! If you are looking for a nightlife scene - this will not be the place you want to book unless you are planning to uber or drive to your destination. My only complaint (and it's not even a complaint) would be the pots/pans selection for the kitchen. The one big pan was warped and it didn't come with anything such as a griddle or crock pot. We had french toast one morning and it would've been nice to have a better pan selection. Also, a crock-pot would be nice where you could plan/prep a meal in the morning and then not worry about it. Once you get back from swimming/ocean, then dinner is ready without spending time in the kitchen. Thanks for the great stay and spot for a family vacation!

Was a very nice place to stay. Accurate description of amenities. Dolphins swimming through the cannel. Lots available to do within walking distance from our condo. The children loved the waterpark.

The location was great, easy to walk to beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was that we would have preferred a pool. My kids liked the water slides and lazy river but it is mostly shaded so it wasn’t comfortable for adults to sit around the water slides. There is also not a regular pool. I thought we would be able to utilize the holiday inn pool and fitness center but you are not allowed. You can pay to play the putt putt but that is the only amenity from holiday inn that we used.

We had a great time here. The views were great, unit was clean and comfortable and the Waterpark was fun for both kids and adults. The property is also located near alot of restaurants and shops.

Condo had everything we needed for our girls weekend trip. Location is perfect. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach.
