Perfect house for me and three kids. Son had the basketball court right around the corner and girls enjoyed exploring the island on the bikes. The best part was winding down the day with my own sanctuary upstairs with my own private balcony.

We fell in love with Fripp as soon as we drove on the island. The palm trees and lagoons make it feel like a tropical paradise, and the house was the perfect home base. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around the island! That was key to getting to and from the beach and pools. The house was very clean, updated, and stocked with all the kitchen items I needed for cooking.

We love staying here. We are return guests! Great place to stay. Make sure you rent a golf cart because it is the best way to get around Fripp.

The house is nestled on a quiet street, with a beautiful view in the back from the screened in porch. The kitchen was very accommodating for cooking; there was everything I needed to fix good meals. We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It had everything you would want to eat, drink and cook in the kitchen. The front door keypad eliminates having to worry about a key. House was spotless. Location was great. September is a perfect time to visit Fripp and we recommend 14 Crooked Creek for a great stay! Thanks Lisa!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Highlights were definitely the ample supply of bicycles and beach chairs/supplies and the large screened in porch where we spent all our mornings and evenings. The living room furniture was also cozy and comfy. The layout in this home is wonderful and the stairs are very manageable. The large garage fit all our cars, which was great! The open concept and the living area is wonderful and the ice machine at the wet bar was so perfect. It filled our cooler daily! The location is also very convenient to pools and the beach and on a quiet street. The beds could use a pillow topper to make them a little more comfortable, and it would be fun to have more board games for family time on rainy days. The master closet is locked so there is no where to hang clothes upstairs but it is a very large bedroom, so we made do just fine. The kitchen pantry is also locked so we did have trouble finding space for all of our snacks and items we brought, but we may do. Overall an amazing property and communication with the owners was superb!

Beautiful house. Had to call property manager twice to get the door locks fixed up with new batteries but she was on her way back into town the first time and may have forgotten to stop over. Which is ok. She was prompt and very polite the second time.

Great house for family memories, we enjoyed the gas grill, bikes, and the location. We made our tenth year’s worth of Fripp family memories:)

Our stay was wonderful! The house had all the necessities to cook. We loved soon the screened in porch and watch the deer walk by. We would love to stay here again.

We came down over Easter weekend. The owner was great to deal with. Home was as described. The home was very clean and well taken care of. This area is our favorite section of the island as I feel you are centrally located. We would rent this home again.

This beach house was a perfect place our family of 5 at the beach. Great views at sunset. Close enough for the kids to ride bikes to the beach, pool, playground and nature center. The house was very well kept and furnished. Communication, check in and out were easy. We really enjoyed our time in this house. Thanks for the opportunity.

We had a lovely but too short of a trip to Fripp this week. The house was so comfortable. The screened in porch was my favorite place to rest and read. The pace of Fripp was perfect for this tired family / Mom!! We want to return! The hostess left a gift bag that was a great treat! And such a surprise. Thank you for an enjoyable few days!

We booked a 2 weeks stay at this house to escape the snow and cold in Illinois. This home was a perfect spot to land! We have been coming to Fripp for the past 20-plus years, so we are very familiar with the island. This home rates in our top 2 places we have rented. Very comfortable, very well appointed, very well maintained! Thanks for allowing us to share it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island. The property is located on a quiet street with easy access to the beach and all amenities on the island. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our family with the master bedroom upstairs and the other two bedrooms on the main level. It’s an excellent rental for a family vacation.

The house was perfect for what we were needing, loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and even another to spare in the hall. Plenty of things that the owner had available to use also for the beach and bikes and what not. One of the best rentals we've ever had.

We have been coming to Fripp for over 30 years and have stayed at many places, so I can give a solid reliable review from experience. This is a nice home in a good spot. Very clean, and on a quiet cul de sac , yet still close to most everything. The owner is very responsive to any questions, and even helped us figure out the Roku. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

My dad and I stayed at this property in August and we had a great time! The photos are all accurate with a spacious living area and kitchen. The upstairs bathroom is also large and impressive. I especially loved that the house came with a huge supply of beach/pool supplies such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, other surf-type boards, and inflatable floats. There were also bicycles of varying sizes. I also really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/bowls/utensils - everything we needed to cook dinners. The only thing I found myself wanting were reusable to-go cups with lids so we could bring drinks to the beach other than individually pre-bottled water/soda, but that wasn't a big deal. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this property and might be back with my husband next year!
