My husband and I spent a week here…what a great spot! We really enjoyed it! He spent much of the time at the end of the dock fishing. The water is shallow, but he caught catfish, mangrove snapper, and redfish. Dolphins swam by us every day!
The cottage is adorable and comfortable. The only minor improvements I would suggest would be more towels/washcloths, more spare garbage bags, and some basic condiments and seasonings provided in the kitchen. Also, be aware that there are steps from the driveway down to the cottage.

Very Impressive little cottage !!! Was not sure what to expect when we booked the reservation. We were pleasantly surpised. Very clean, open, and bright. My husband loved fishing off the dock everyday. We even saw dolphins swimming out front. Enjoyed out time at the cottage. Will come back to stay in if we are in the area again. 10 out of 10.

Place was great right on the water. Enjoyed the weekend fishing. The dock was great for the boat an there is great fishing all around. Plenty of local places to eat on an off the water. Will definitely be back again.

The private dock was great for fishing whenever we wanted. Beautiful views of the Indian River. The traffic noise was near nil. Very clean and the property was super nice! We have already started planning a future trip!

No check-in, unit was not locked, so no key. bedroom a/c was inoperative. No internet available. Water had very strong smell and yard area contained debris (.looked to be parts of dock left from last years hurricane).

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The views were spectacular and the cottage had all the amenities that you would need. Even took our small boat out and went exploring the islands 🏝

We were returning guest.I was born and raised in s Fl.I know how to rough it.I have camped in very different different around Fl.I have been through every hurricane that has hit sw Fl.I understand that hurricane Nichole has beat the area up pretty bad.We referred friends of ours to stay there but Nichole changed there plans.The home was not very clean.The drain pipe for the sink leaked.You advertise WiFi but it doesn’t work.The grounds are a mess with leaves,branches,boards with nails in them,old dock material,and pieces of concrete everywhere.This is a major liability.We won’t be back.We will not refer anyone to stay there.

We enjoyed the cottage on the water! My husband fished everyday on the pier at the cottage. Thanks so much we will be back again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Cabin. We weren’t sure what expect by the picture but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. Very cozy and clean. Loved the view of the water from the deck. Looking forward to staying there again!

Super clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. My husband came here for our 1st wedding anniversary and we’re not disappointed. This is a beautiful property. Will be back.

We picked this property because of its vicinity to Sebastian Inlet Park so we can go fishing. It was great fishing at Sebastian inlet and at the rental win-win

This property set up is semi-private. Your cottage is private but there could potentially be one to two other families staying at the same property. This also means the dock is semi-private. We came here to see if the water was good enough to bring our boat back. The water at the end of the dock is approximately15 inches. This property would be perfect for multiple families or friends to all book the property together. I've already started planning that with family. This property is super cute. The cottage we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be back.

Property is very well maintained, quiet, clean and relaxing. We spent the whole week relaxing on the property either on the dock fishing or relaxing on back porch. Definitely will be staying again…

Enjoyed out stay in the cottage. The view from the porch of the sunrise was beautiful. On a main road, but there was no traffic noise inside. A short drive to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, great restaurants and good fishing spot.

Place is perfect except the lack of sleep you get because of the horrible bed. It's shaped like a fish bowl and you feel the insides of mattress. I had to sleep on couch so the. wife could sleep in middle of bed. There are other reviews of the same. Owner states bed was replaced but they must really trust whomever said they did. Owner might want to try and sleep on it one night even though just looking at it you know it's bad.

A getaway with a beautiful view!
A beautiful cottage by the sea with all the amenities that you could enjoy. Relaxing with a dock right outside, we saw dolphins swimming in the lagoon right off the dock! Had an awesome time, wished we could have stayed there longer! We'll definitely be back!

Perfect location for "downtime ". Watch the sunrise and set on the dock on water. And get to see the dolphins playing nearby! Close to great food and boat rentals. Overall excellent weekend!
