Booked for a week with family. Property was amazing. Catherine was wonderful to book with. Was quick With responses and provided all the details and information to make our stay great.

We really enjoy staying at Bonnet Creek. Our host was easy to communicate with, the check-in was easy, and the location cannot be beat. Our unit was very clean with all of the necessary amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was just as described, and was the perfect resting place for us during a busy week at Disney! Plenty of space, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and communal areas were great too. Thanks!

I wish I had more time to stay at the properties. I was at the theme parks mainly. Which is just minutes away. If we didn’t have a stroller and an infant we might of just Uber to the parks instead because they were so close. The amenities were plenty and wish we got to do them. The room was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The check in process was annoying. They try to sell you a time share and try to get you to come to a ‘free’ breakfast. I just wish it was just them handing your key and off you go but it isn’t. A lot of steps if you are traveling and just want to get to the room to relax. Other then that it was magnificent.

Cathy the owner was phenomenal to work with. The checking in process was a bit lengthy (typical busy/newer employees). The condo was beautiful (just like the pictures) and the costumer service was phenomenal. You needed something, they brought it to you within 20 min. If you are traveling with an infant/toddler… they have high chairs and pack n plays at the resort. I don’t recommend shipping anything like diaper/wipes/formula ahead of time as the package was “lost” and I didn’t get it until day 3 of my trip. Walmart/Publix is like 13-15 min away. Thanks again Cathy I will be rebooking in the future.

Wonderful stay, we always enjoy Bonnet Creek. Unfortunately with the booking process, we end up feeling like we are overcharged. On check in, the front desk informed us that we are double booked for a day (charged twice for one day), but we knew that based on conversation with the property owner prior to renting. Just be aware that Bonnet Creek rental policies sometimes tie the hands of the owners and force you to pay a little more. It wasn’t enough to deter us, but Bonnet Creek really needs to change their policies.
For a positive, Catherine was up front about everything and communicated quickly. I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay again!

Condo-style resort with everything we needed. The savings of staying off-site was maximized with the added amenities-- pools, lazy river, activities during the day. Easy access with no issues for Uber drivers and Instacart deliveries.

Picture perfect experience. The host was VERY easy to contact and exceeding responsive to our individual needs. The physical location is very convenient to everything. The resort is well suited for guests of all ages with plenty to do. The restaurants, bars, amenities, etc are plentiful. The actual apartment was is great shape with everything you need. Great for large groups. Thank y’all for everything. We had an amazing stay.

The only issue we had was when we initially checked in they put us in a room with a musty smell coming from one of the bathrooms. We asked for a different unit, and the staff was very friendly and helped us move to a different unit.

But if you need to work- and need wifi- this isn’t the place to stay until the get reliable wifi. Streaming was intermittent. Every time we talked to the front desk they Said they were working in and it would be up the next day. Everyday same story
