Great stay with our 3 boys and friends. A ton of entertainment. The boys loves the waterpark. Plenty of food in the surrounding are. All walking distance. Deb was great at responding with any questions and concerns we had. Would stay again.

The room was beautiful, great views, the location was amazing. The part that ruined our vacation was the management of the property. There was an issue with the shower that was not fixed before we checked in, even though management was aware of it. Then every day someone was supposed to show up to repair it. We initially asked for this to be done after our 6 days stay since I do not want to wait around for a plumber all day in the room when I could be enjoying myself at the beach, nor do I feel comfortable to let a stranger with our belongings. This was not acceptable to management. After 4 days, many stressful emails, a plumber showed up made a mess and left the water running our doors open to the apartment and did not flix the issue. If I wanted to deal with plumbers I could have stayed home and renovated my house. Also we were not informed that during our stay the room would also be sprayed for bugs, also something we were not comfortable with. I would suggest to management to organize these things when the property is not occupied. Lastly you will need to bring everything with you. You are only given 3.5 toilet rolls for a family of 7, one paper towels roll and few garbage bags. The rest make sure you bring with you. If you enjoy coffee make sure you bring filters as they are not provided. You also only get 2 pods for the washing machine and no dryer sheets for 1 week with 2 families (7 ppl). Maybe we are used to better services in Canada but we have stayed at many VRBO properties here and the services do not compare. Overall the Property is great, location is amazing, beautiful views. I would come back to the same building only if different management.

Our stay here was great! The beds were very comfortable, you have everything you would ever need for the beach and the views are amazing! The only downside to this place is the slow elevator.

Property was clean and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great location located right on the intercoastal and just two blocks from the beach, very easy walk. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance so no need to drive for dinner. My kids are a little too old (12 & 14) for the waterpark but it's a great fit for younger kiddos.

Everything was exactly as described, communication with the property manager was always quick and very helpful. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and very clean.

We loved the corner unit that was nice and quiet with a beautiful waterfront view. The water park and access to Holiday Inn's amenities (putt putt and game room) were great for the kids.. The condo is centrally located on Indian Rocks beach (one block from the beach and amazing sunsets) and within walking distance to some of the best staples like Crabby Bills, Slyce pizza, PJ's and much more... plus their is a CVS one block away in case you forgot anything. Another perk was the really nice sand volleyball court at the adjacent city park. We rented bikes and enjoyed all that the gold beach community had to offer. A great spot for families, we will be back.

The waterpark was easy and fun for the kids with ample lifeguards and poolside services. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach was close and the restaurants/bars walkable and delicious. Having a CVS right out the door was very convenient also.

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of room and a great view of the Inter-coastal and Gulf. The beach cart and toys were a convenient addition and the beach is a very short walk.

Overall great place to bring our family together! Something for everyone. Big enough to be together but not on top of each other. Place was very clean and well maintained. Thanks!

We truly enjoyed our stay here!!! The cleanliness was absolutely amazing! Everything was soooooo clean. I honestly couldn’t stress it enough. It made the stay that much more amazing. The condo had all the basic things that you need. The water park was so fun and convenient to go to everyday. The restaurants are all walking distance including cvs. The beach was also walking distance. They had the red tide when we were there, but the pool at the condo was enough for us. You can honestly see the view of both the intercoastal and beach from the balcony. There is a second balcony right next door to this condo which seems super private. The beds were so comfortable! It was just perfect. All of it!! We stayed a week and it wasn’t enough! We are looking forward to booking our next stay there! And we can’t wait!!! Thank you Debi and the cleaning lady (sorry I forgot her name) for an amazing and memorable stay. The best place we have stayed in yet!!

We had a lovely time. Perfect views!! Nice, modern, clean unit. Kids enjoyed the free water park passes. Short walk to beach was easy. Walking distance to restaurants. Hubby thinks a map of the property would be very helpful for checking in. We were confused upon arrival trying to find where to park for unloading & finding the correct elevator. Ice maker didn't work, so had to buy ice, but not a big deal. Would love to return to this unit in the future! Thanks so much for a great vacation!!

Property was nice. Would definitely return. Only problem we had was are ice maker didn't work and there was no detergent for the washing machine or dishwasher.

Property was amazing. Room for a family of 7, all teenage boys and two adults. Very clean and had most everything you need. The patio was amazing and where I spent most of my time. The kids. 15-17 went to the water park and the beach while I read and took in the views. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and easy to get to with everything in tow using the wagon in the closet. Parking can be a nightmare because the parking garage is small. However, we parked the car on arrival and didn't move it during our stay. There are spots in the big parking lot and on the road if you can't find a spot in the garage. The condo we stayed in came with 4 passes to the water park.. However we had a family of 7 so we had to divide and conquer as to who went to the water park and who went to the beach. The water park is $14. a ticket if you need to purchase extra. We just couldn't do that every day we were there. I would go back in a heart beat. .

Everything in walking distance and a short drive to Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass. Love this place.

Excellent!!!

This place was extremely clean!! The location is fantastic. It is super convenient to the sights and sounds Clearwater provides, but Indian Rocks Beach gives you the slower pace to take full advantage of your relaxation. The condo has a balcony that really gives you an amazing view. The 7th floor roof deck that is right outside your front door is the perfect spot to sip on a drink and watch the sunset. The water park is a huge bonus and is super clean!! I would recommend this spot to anyone I can!! This far exceeded our expectations and plan on booking with them again!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Loved the location of the unit on the property with it being a corner unit with pretty view of the harbor from the balcony and view of the ocean from the nearby patio on the floor.

We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. We traveled with our 1 year old and found the home to be very safe for her. We greatly appreciated that the home had a pack n play and high chair to use. That definitely helped make our travels a little lighter. We did need to bring our own sheet for the pack n play. The kitchen had basics for cooking. We loved the balcony overlooking the waterway-it had a beautiful view and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and the birds! You also can get an absolutely perfect sunset view from the building’s shared sun deck, which is just a few steps out the door of the home-they even have a table there where we enjoyed a sunset dinner. The wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys were also so nice to have to take on the short 2-block walk to the beach. Also really enjoyed the water park being so close and the free passes! We would absolutely love to stay in this home again for our next stay in Indian Rocks Beach- it’s such a cute, laid-back beach town!

From the moment we walked in, we were pleased. Beautiful place that was well cared for. It was our first time staying in this location at Steinhatchee and we'll do so again. The owner was well engaged to ensure we were pleased. We were!

Great views and perfect location for everything. Beach was only two black away. Would rent again!

Loved the end unit with a view of the intercoastal and the Gulf. You could see the sunrise and sunset. It was also nice to have the rooftop patio right outside your door. The Splash Park passes were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, excellent views of both intercostal and gulf. I read the reviews about the check in process being confusing, I was prepared to have some questions. However it was all laid out very clear in the instructions email, so I thought, well people just don’t read their emails. As we followed each step to a T - we are locked out of our room. The key was not in the place the instructions stated it would be. I contacted the phone number listed, she quickly resolved the issue and stated the cleaning lady was new and misplaced the key. Minor inconvenience as my young daughter had to use the restroom but we got in after a few minutes. Overall very nice place, would definitely come back. Just had to share.

Check in was a little cumbersome. We arrived at 1am with 6 exhausted kids and were unable to get into the unit with the code supplied. I was able to promptly contact Deb and within minutes was able to get access to the unit with a new code.

The unit is wonderful and the views are fantastic. We could see sunrise and sunset from our balcony. And for extra views the rooftop sundeck is just beside the unit. Great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a short two block walk. The kids loved having access to the water park. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend this unit.

What a beautiful condo! This was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony and watching the sunset from the sun deck Debi was phenomenal to work with...always responded immediately to questions. Our kids loved the water park and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a very short walk. Our kids are already asking when we can come back.

The apartment was not functional and not everything works well!

Check in process was a bit confusing. We wanted to check in early, but couldn't reach anyone & when we did it was chaotic & lady who answered phone was a bit rude.
