We loved the condo! The location was perfect. We walked to dinner - Crabby Bills and Pjs was just a little walk. And walk to the beach and ice cream!! Condo was awesome. We loved sitting on balcony watching the boats.

Property was well taken care of and in a great location. Easy walking distance to beach and many restaurants. The water park was a plus also. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The price was excellent, accommodations cleanly and cozy! This is the perfect place for anyone looking for a fun long weekend get away. The waterpark was perfect for our kids with a short walk to the beach we couldn’t say enough good things about it! We can’t wait to get back!

We were very impressed with this property! This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. The check-in process is a tad clunky, just because the address is actually the address for Splash Harbour, but everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful in directing us where to park. We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo had everything we needed for the days at the beach (umbrella, chairs, floaty, sand toys, wagon, etc...) Patio was a great place to watch the sunrise as well as sunset. Water park passes were an excellent bonus and we definitely took advantage of that. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Harbourside has a wonderful location just moments from the beach. The condos are clean and well taken care of. The water park is always a nice ending to a beach day, however, the security guard hounding us to get wristbands every day before we even set our items down is extremely annoying. We walk into the park with our passes in hand and in plain view, we don’t need to be hounded like we were. We always enjoy ourselves, but because of the security guard, this place gets 4 stars because it irked me daily.. just a minor annoyance. The vacation was enjoyable.

Very Nice

This condo is perfect for families. I give it a 10 out of 10. The condo is beautifully decorated and the balcony view was amazing. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! We were very impressed with the cleanliness. We would definitely stay again. .

Everything was great with the exception of the hours of the pool. The Waterpark closes at 5 or 6 every day but they claim the pool stays open to dusk. We were asked to leave the pool by 630 each night we used it. The host obviously has no control over this so I still leave 5 stars for this host but be weary about the pool hours during your stay.

We loved the unit and had a wonderful stay! The unit is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We were 7 adults and were a bit concerned that the unit will be too tight but it was very specious. It was super clean and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony. The management company was VERY responsive and responded extremely quickly to all our communication and answered all our questions. We HIGHLY recommend the place and would definitely come back.

This unit is beautiful and exactly as depicted in the listing. Spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet out on the patio (we couldn’t hear the busy water park from the patio). It has all the supplies you might ever need in the kitchen and plenty of towels for both showering and at the pool. The washer and dryer are newer and very clean. Our first impression was rocky - the entire area (water park, parking garage, surrounding streets) were jam packed. We did arrive during peak spring break and on a Saturday and I think that had a lot to do with how busy it was. While parking is included, parking in the garage of the building is limited. That was not made clear until one hour before check in when we received our instructions. There is additional parking (other than the garage) and there is also street parking but it is all first come first serve. We tend to leave and explore the area with our car and we weren’t as comfortable doing that as we didn’t want to get stuck having to volley for a spot again. Once Monday came the area was not as busy and neither was the water park. There are many restaurants within walking distance that vary from casual to Mexican to fine dining. The beach is a short walk and the wagon at the unit is great quality and made our trips to the beach a breeze. Water park was fun and perfect for my family (two kids ages 9 and 6). Staff at the water park were very nice and helpful. Aside from the slightly hectic arrival, we had no issues and didn’t need to be in touch with management- everything was where they said it would be. I reached out a few times before checking in and always received a prompt reply.

We had a great time and we’re pleased with the accommodations. Very close to the beach! We didn’t spend much time at the water park because it was very much catered to young children but it looked like a lot of fun for the little ones.

The cleanliness was obvious. The grands loved the water park. We all loved beach day. Great vacation. Also boat slip availability was great. Getting back to condo. Can’t say anything bad. All good beach chairs towels etc. also ordered pizza from slyce and enjoyed on sunset deck Great !

Great place for kids under 10. Water park was very fun and lots watering holes for adults. Condo was clean and nicely decorated so you feel at home. Well supplies with all essentials including beach gear which is only a 5 min walk.

Loved the condo and location. Walkable neighborhood - coffee shop, restaurants, shopping, and live music within a short walk. Condo very clean and well stocked. Manager very responsive. Due to high levels of red tide, we were not able to use the beach as we experienced respiratory issues anytime we were near the beach. However, it was easy to make the best of it as the condo, water park, and weather were all great! If you’re looking for a quiet poolside experience, you will not find it here. Pool is very busy and loud.

This was our first time staying in this area, and first time at Harborside. The condo was exactly as it looked in the listing: very clean, up to date and nicely furnished. The view of the waterway was very nice from the balcony. Compliments to the owners and management. Harborside is a very family friendly place, given the water park. Just take that into consideration if you are booking a quiet romantic getaway. We would definitely stay again.

Place was great, spacious, very clean, plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Just make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We loved the location. Lots of restaurants in walking distance! Water park was good. Our weather was a little cooler than normal at this time but we still enjoyed very much!

This property is amazing. Has everything you need in walking distance from fun in the water park/pool to walking across the street to go to the beautiful beach. They also offered the place fully stocked with a bunch of amenities to use at the beach which was great as well as a high chair for our son and a pack n play for him to sleep in. We’ll be back to this spot for sure!

Whenever we book a place online we always have that slight feeling we are going to show up and it not be close to the listing... well, this was furthest from the case with Harborside! We checked in with a door code, super easy. Upon walking in, the condo smelled amazing. Everything was spotless clean, modern decor and tastefully done. The beautiful hardwood floors and granite counters show the quality in a "rental". The host gives just about everything you would need to cook a small breakfast or even enough for a huge family meal. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Waking up and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony sure makes a great way to start the day ! The area around is fantastic, calm and felt safe. Escapee the hustle and hectic clearwater area. Some great restaurants within a few minute walk from the resort. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Harborside. We will return for our next florida visit.

The location of this condo is incredible! The condo is beautiful and perfect for our group of three adults and two small children. We will definitely stay here again. The beach was beautiful, not super busy, but we saw dolphins swimming every day and there is tons of shells for the kiddos to find!

Unit is very beautifuly decorated. Love the location and the extra beach chairs and toys that are included to use. The sunsets are amazing in the seventh floor.

Wife and kids had a great time at the pool. Beach was a short walk and great pizza bar down the street! I would highly recommend to others.

Spacious spot. Fun and relaxing atmosphere. Close to everything. Places to eat- convenient stores - beer! 2 minute walk to the beach. No complaints 😄

The rooms are very nice and clean. Perfect for our family of 5. The waterpark is nice, but typical public waterpark: very crowded and not the cleanest, but expected of a waterpark so not a disappointment. Two block walk to the beach and we enjoyed that the most. Close enough to walk back and forth for lunch/kids' naps/or if you forgot something. Definitely would recommend and we will be staying here again.

Our family had a wonderful time-the condo was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, after we checked out, I received an email from property management saying the parking pass was missing from the condo. One minute later, my credit card was charged for the pass. I emailed back to let Debra know where we left the pass and that it was indeed returned. After several back and forth emails, I was basically told too bad. I filed a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge and then received an email that the parking pass had been found with this as an apology, "thx and sorry about the mishap". Sadly, the parking pass situation was not handled well by property management and really left us disappointed in the rental.

Property is really nice and clean. A block from the beach. With many restaurants around and a CVS. We love it.

Everything from the cleanliness to the beach town feel was wonderful.
