What a great house for a young family on the beach! We came to LBI for a week to attend a family wedding. We were lucky enough to rent Anna and Tom's home for the week. My parents, my husband, myself, our two small children and my sister and cousin stayed in the house. The home is perfect for a family. The house is welcoming, spotless and so functional. We all had more than enough room to spend time together and apart (which if you have small children you know how important that can be). Half a block away from the beach made it so easy to spend the day and still bounce back and forth with small babies. Anna and Tom have thought of every detail to make their home a great rental. Beach decor, baby equipment, tons of beach toys and bikes - you name it they have it. Anna was also so responsive and accommodating from booking to even after our stay when we left some items behind (mom brain!) It is such a great home and Anna and Tom are so lovely to share it. I highly recommend renting this home and we cannot wait to stay here again.

I was surprised to find the temperature was nearly 80 in the house when I arrived but Anna sent someone right over to clean the filters and reset the Nest device. The dryer was clogged with lint and left filthy by the former renter. I guess the cleaning people don’t look at that? It was not functioning but Anna sent someone right away to get it sorted. There was someone’s underwear left in the washer as well. There were beer caps strewn under the couch cushions and an empty bottle left under the coffee table. I guess I just expected more for such an expensive property. I leave a place cleaner than I find it and this place was not properly cleaned. Anna was very responsive to the AC and dryer issues but I think she and Tom should get a new cleaning crew. With that said great views and lovely location.

House was excellent and right by the beach. Top deck and back yard were terrific. House was very well fitted with beach gear (chairs, coolers, etc.) but not as well fitted upstairs (toilet paper, paper towels, sponges). Great home!

Right near the beach, was perfect location near an acme too. Great house had everything we needed and was very clean

This property was in a perfect location and we loved the roof deck for sunrises and sunsets. The access to the beach was perfect for all of us. The house wasn't great for a group of adults, two of the rooms are very much for kids and the twin beds were rickety for full grown people. The bikes were also mostly for kids and all the tires were flat which was a little disappointing. The house may need to be painted and spruced up in some areas after the season, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The home is beautiful and a great location to the beach! The owners made it very comfortable supplying everything we needed to feel at home. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation and we’re looking forward to booking this home again for next summer!

It's a lovely house with a very good layout. The house is very well equipped. The extra beach items and badges were a very nice perk. The owners were very responsive to any questions or comments. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed with a group of friends and it was a great stay! The Location is amazing and the rooftop deck makes the entire property. Being able to see the bay and have a fantastic view of the ocean is amazing. The Location is wonderful, being only a few houses from the beach. We found ourselves taking several trips to the beach each day. The house is beautiful inside as well. The furnishings are great and comfortable. We were all able to be in the kitchen/family room with ample seating. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and of very good quality! Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. Anna was fantastic with information and very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home! We are already talking about booking again next year! Great place!

I would just like to thank Anna for welcoming us into her beautiful home. The pictures are beautiful but the home is even more stunning. Anna was extremely accommodating to me and my guests. She answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We will be heading back soon enough!!

What a great house in an amazing location! It was a quick walk to the beach (great for young children) and a short drive to Bay Village and the stores of Beach Haven. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the amazing views from the roof-top deck! The owner was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, and made sure to check in to make sure we had arrived on the island okay and had everything we needed. Would definitely love to go back again!

Had an amazing stay at Anna and Tom’s house. The location was such an easy walk for my kids to go back and forth to the beach, and we loved sitting on the decks watching the sun rise and set. We will definitely come back in September if there is an available weekend! <3

We rented the house for a winter get-away for 2 adults and 3 teenage girls. Everybody had a wonderful time! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures, and totally lived up to our expectations. Everything was very clean, easy to find & comfortable. In the summer this house must be even more amazing, so close to the beach! Communicating with Anna was a breeze. She sent someone to get the fireplace going for us before we got there (clearly not a priority in a summer house), and let us stay past check out time to enjoy the beautiful empty winter beach some more. I can not recommend this place enough!
