This villa was brilliant for a large and mixed age group. The villa itself is as good as all the pictures show. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. There was plenty of good quality cutlery, cups, plates and glasses. The dishwasher, cooker etc are top class products. The house itself is in a great position and stays cool naturally somehow so we didn't need to use the air conditioning until the temperature became very high. We loved the pool as its a salt pool rather than chlorine. Iva and her brother were so helpful throughout our stay with anything we needed and were very prompt to reply to any type of query. The location of the house is perfect, we never hired a car and didnt miss having one. The beach is a 6 minute walk away and there are a choice of supermarkets between 10 and 15 minutes walk. There is a local bus that you can catch easily from the main road (5min walk away) to either Split or Omis which are about a 20 minute bus journey away (traffic dependent) and you can pay cash on the bus. There are plenty of bars and restaurants of various range along both sides of the beach. We as a group would highly recommend this villa for a large group for both the villa and location.

Das Haus war mega. Die Lage war top, man kam in 10min mit dem Auto in die Stadt und hatte trotzdem eine ruhige Umgebung.

The property was ideal for a group of guys going to Croatia for the first time. Pool, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. There was a shop 10 mins walk away and taxis to split only took 15 mins. Would recommend and would definitely come back. Host and her family were also very helpful in accommodating us.

Ideales Haus für viele Menschen, da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und somit auch Privatsphäre gestattet ist. Pool ist echt riesig und die Umgebung auch wunderschön. Würde für Ausflüge ein Auto empfehlen, sonst ist aber alles (Supermärkte, Strand,...) zu Fuß erreichbar.

It was an amazing trip to croatia. The house was perfect. Nearby the beach and supermarket. With taxi we were fastly in split. Our highlight was the pool area with view of the sea. We would love to come back to this accommodation

We stayed last year and enjoyed it so much we went back again (you can see my previous review). We are two families - 4 adults and 3 kids. The villa is really clean and tidy, loads of space in the bedrooms, great bathrooms, big lounge kitchen, outdoor seating and dining. Pool is fantastic, serviced every few days. 5 mins walk to the beach, 2 supermarkets with all you need. Recommend a hire car and this gives you loads of eating options within15 to 20 mins drive. The owners are very responsive and happy to help out in any way. Thanks again to ours hosts, we had another wonderful holiday!

We were 10 people in that beautiful villa, which was very clean and fully equipped for all of us. 6 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and livingroom, several balconies, one rooftop terrace and an amazing pool area!! We absolutely loved it!!! The communication with the owners was great, they helped us out whenever we needed any help. I definitely recommend this villa!

The villa has a wunderfull location, is very clean, has a very nice pool and is close to the beach! Iva will help you with everything. Close to Split and Trogir. 15 minutes to Split center!! We loved our stay in this house!!!!

We visited the villa with a group of 12 friends and we couldn't be happier with our week there! We loved the house, the location and our hosts! The house is very spacious and clean. There is a lot of room for the group to hang out together: roof terrace with an amazing view, barbeque area, living room with a big TV, dining table on the balcony and what's best of all - the pool! We enjoyed swimming there very much and also sunbathing on comfortable sun-loungers. The pool is self-cleaning but Iva's dad came to clean it just in case during the week as well. There was also a shower outside by the pool which was very convenient. Everyone was happy with their rooms: the beds were comfortable, bathrooms great and enough closet space for our things. Each room had an air-conditioner and some rooms even had their own balconies. We rented cars and the location was great for visiting Split as well as some beautiful beaches near Makarska. The beach in Podstrana is only a short walk away, we enjoyed swimming and dining there as well. The hosts - Iva and her family were very kind and helpful. We wish them all the best! All in all, highly recommend the house for your vacation in Podstrana!

Super moderne Villa in guter Lage!

Villa is brand new, very spacious with amazing pool. Bedrooms are big with very modern bathrooms. The whole villa is covered with air-conditioning and wi-fi. Nearby beaches are nice. There are few restaurants and markets close by. The area is calm and perfect for relaxing. Hosts are very helpful. I only wish I had spent more time here with my friends because we really enjoyed it.

The villa is as wonderful in real life as it looks on the website. We were two families, 4 adults 3 kids. There is loads of space, in the kitchen and lounge area, large outside dining area, space by the pool (really good sun loungers!). You would still be really comfy with 10 people. The rooms are big and bathrooms all to a high standard. Very comfy beds (super king) and pillows, so good that we are now ordering new beds and pillows at home! Great location, approx. 500m walk to the beach, sea is warm and water is clear, there are people around but it is not crowded. 4 good restaurants within 15 min walk. 2 supermarkets approx. 1km with everything you need. The hosts, Iva and her family, were lovely. A warm welcome with drinks and fresh fruit in the fridge. If we had any questions I just sent her message and she responded very quickly. We loved sitting by the pool, drinking coffee and staring across the sea to Brac island. If you are a bit livelier then the harbour area by Le Meridien hotel is great, Stobrec is worth a visit with loads of good places to eat, Split you can get to in around 30 mins depending on traffic, head the other direction for Dugi Rat beach, Omis and the up in to the hills for some walking trails. We thoroughly recommend it!

Villa is very specious, modern and brand new, even better that photos. It is located in calm neighborhood close to the beaches and markets. It is fully equipped and has everything for a relaxing holiday. Outside area with pool, barbecue and big dining area is ideal for summer relaxation. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and private bathroom. Beds are extra comfortable and quite big. Great kitchen and coffee maker. We had a great time exploring nearby area. Host were very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
