Great location—wonderful house—perfect for our boating family vacation!!

We frequent the area and this is one of the better rental properties. Nice accommodations, we enjoyed the spaciousness for our group of 9. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The cove is nice for kids swimming. Beds are comfortable.

This is a great house for either a short or long stay. Will easily sleep 8+ people. Very clean. Great views of the lake. Quiet environment. Owners were easy to work with. Lots of things to do if your into boating, golfing, fishing, biking, etc.... . Would come back here again.

House was beautiful. We had a very pretty view. My only criticism is that the pool table was advertised and none of the pool sticks had any tips. Made it hard to play any pool which we really wanted to do. And even though it wasn't advertised i think all the bedrooms should have a tv. Other than those minor things everything was great! Beautiful house and clean and great view. Very good location. Close to the Caseys when we needed ice and close to the swimming area.

Ladies’ lake trip. Spacious, clean, well-stocked, lakefront, perfect large dock and severs outdoor sitting areas. Cannot recommend more highly. Lovely!

This property was well set up for a large family gathering. The water toys were much appreciated and used daily.

Very nice, just showing its age a bit with some water features not working. We loved the adjustable power beds, surprised they were not advertised. We had plenty of cooking tools and plenty of space for 8 people and a 9 month old. The water craft was great and easy access. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to hold our “sibling reunion”. The property accommodated us (10 adults) comfortably. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, well kept water “toys”, grill & smoker … no complaints! Communication with Brent (owner) and Monica (manager) was seamless. Questions were answered in a timely basis. A consensus of my siblings was 5 stars and certainly a place we’d consider for a return trip. If you’re considering a place in Bella Vista, don’t hesitate, this place won’t disappoint.

This home was everything we could have hoped for! Lots of room for parents and sister of the bride, grandparents and aunt and uncle. Beautiful home, beautiful (and convenient) location. Great deck to sit on and enjoy nature. And Brent was wonderful to work with. We were sad to leave!!

2nd year there. 6 old friends down From Wisconsin for golfing. This is our 18th year coming down and this is the nicest house we have stayed at.

Everything was as described and more. The property felt like a HOME. It gave a welcome comfort after stressful and emotional days. The homeowners and property manager were terrific. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

House was perfect for two families. Spacious throughout. Even a living room Christmas tree next to the big screen TV near fireplace. Big comfy furniture and kitchen super. Perfect setting. We’ll stay here many times in future.

This property was PERFECT for our Reunion! We are seven 60+ year old lifelong women / friends that meet every other year for a long weekend. We live in three different states & try to find a central location for all. The next hostesses are even talking about using this location next time.

This house offered an ideal place for our annual reunion .... lots of time sitting on the dock, playing cards, laughing and reminiscing about high school days. We each had our own bedroom. The beds were so comfortable, many with adjustable mattresses. There are also great side trips -- Eureka Springs, Crystal Bridges, and Bentonville.

House was very nice. And in a great location. The listing did not mention that there was only 1 bedroom upstairs and the other 4 downstairs. This was a struggle with our older family members. The Floors were filthy. I went bare foot the first evening and the bottom of my feet were black within minutes. Assuming carpet was the same and looked it as well so definitely wore shoes! Also there were no pictures of the drive way…it was VERY steep and not all our cars could utilize it. Other wise the space was great & accommodating!

This is our 3rd time to stay here and already looking forward to our 4th. Super location, excellent accommodations plenty of space. Thank you!

House was well appointed, beautiful, and had everything you needed to cook and live for a couple of days. House is on a beautiful property that is situated on a great little lake. We had 7 adults, and we loved it!

The property was bigger and better than expected with lots of hang out areas for everyone indoors and out. There is a great little fire pit area that wasn’t pictured and the smoker and grill were perfectly suited to hosting a big meal. Our calves got a great workout with all the stairs and steep ramps (no complaints but my older parents couldn’t handle them). Brent worked with us on arrival time so we could prepare before the kids arrived. We will be back for sure. Everything you need is there. The paddle boards and paddle boat were great, the canoe is not useable.

8 guys stayed and had lots of room to cook, sleep and enjoy. The grill and outside areas were a hit!! The house is close to the 4 golf courses played so it was easy to go back and grab something to eat between games. Brent was very accommodating to our schedule. We will definitely be back!!

Every year the girls in my family who are 18 years old or older get together for a weekend. We had 8 adults and stayed at this Bella Vista property. We all loved it! The location on the lake is in a cove so there is not a lot of boat traffic. The property had paddle boards, floaties, a paddle boat and canoe. We used everything except the canoe and had a great time. Even though the temperature was very hot, the house was always cool. We loved the screened in porch with plenty of seating for everyone and we could watch those in our party who were in the lake. I have just a couple of very minor issues. the bedroom doors downstairs squeak when you open or close them and the queen bed in the bedroom with a door leading to the balcony also squeaked very loudly every time you moved, so the two people in that room kept waking up because of the bed squeaking. But we would definitely stay here again and I still give this property five plus stars!!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. We used the lake access daily and the water toys that are graciously provided were so much for for the adults and the kids! We’ve already talked about going back to this house because it was so perfect for our family!

Just what we were looking for.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious and comfortable - our group included 8 adults and 3 small children and we had plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably. The location was excellent. We rented a boat from the Marina a couple times, and with the house being right around the corner from the Marina it was very easy to pick-up and drop-off members of our group right from the dock. We also enjoyed swimming off the dock and loved trying out the paddle boards. Minor cleanliness issues addressed with owner, particularly regarding the back deck.

Grandkids and their parents enjoyed the water toys and lake access. We hoping to return next year! Great place!
