Don’t assume that you’re getting what you paid for. The property is overgrown. There are plenty of other 5 bedroom homes with long/ queen beds advertised with a view that have one. This one has a very small view through overgrowth. Firepit is buried in weeds. One bedroom was completely unusable because it was covered in mouse/ rat droppings. This was reported within 25 minutes after check in and never resolved. The local property management company is incompetent and clearly doesn’t care about the property owner or the renters. Dust and cobwebs and house spiders galore with mold and mildew in each and every shower and on the log walls. All dishes, cabinets, appliances and countertops were covered in a sticky greasy residue. The deck furniture has not been cleaned this season I would imagine based on the thick layer of pollen cemented to the table and the tree growing out of the chair cushions. It’s a shame because the house is lovely if it was taken care of. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written; I’m one that will roll with just about anything, but the complete indifference and incompetence of the local Vacasa property mgmt to communicate and resolve the issue with the unusable room was unbelievable.

Great house for 3 families with kids. We will rent it again for our next ski trip.

The entire house was amazing and extremely roomy. View is spectacular. There was an ice storm on the the day of our arrival and our rental was inaccessible. Vacasa pulled through and opened up Coopers Run for us. This is our 7th annual family winter vacation( not always to DeepCreek) but again, it was an awesome weekend. The only downfall was the heat. We couldn't quite get the thermostat to work and we put in a few calls but we didn't get a response until Monday morning. 20 minutes after we checked out. On their behalf, I'm sure it was a crazy weekend with the weather. Vacasa sent me an email and said that would be compensating for the mishap. All in all, it was an AMAZING TRIP. THANK YOU VACASA

Nice house and great view

The house could be lovely but is in need of a deep clean, landscaping, updating inside, and some kitchen items. We were very excited for this house because the pictures looked great. Unfortunately the house was very dirty. There was a dead bat on the floor and mouse droppings in many places. We were notified the day before we arrived we would not have the hot tub. When we did arrive the A/C did not work. Luckily they did get someone out quickly to fix it. The best thing was our view of fireworks. More trees need taken down or trimmed to make the view better though. I would love to give this house a better review, but it there is just too much that disappointed us.

The house was beautiful. The view was breathtaking and management was responsive to our requests. My family is looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and are talking of doing it again next year. The cabin was clean and beautiful. The only issue I saw was the amount of dead flies in the upstairs bedrooms by the doors. But otherwise it was lovely

The view is amazing and there is a ton of room for family and friends.
