Location and price..:-)

It is in a good location. it is very close to the center of town.

The apartment was not well cleaned, it was still dusty and there was another guest pair of socks there. The Mattresses kept falling from its bases that we had to put it on the floor so we can be comfortable. the bedsheet was burnt and still used. The pillowcases and duvet covers were old. The water coming from the shower couldn’t be regulated. it was either too hot or too cold. the shower curtain needed to be changed, it is dirty and moldy. There was no trash bag or can. Now, the worst of it all for me was the Wi-Fi, it was so bad that I had to use my mobile data all through the nights I spent there.

I really didn't like it, I felt comfortable in the apartment

The only nice thing was the entrance to the building, because the rest of the stairs were super dirty, inside the apartment the beds were, the floor, there was no hairdryer, apart from the room had bad odors, it was not what I expected

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We booked apartment 4. The key box had a key for apartment 3, and not apartment 4. There was also no key to open the external door. My friend who speaks german was able to assist by calling the caretaker (Who laughed upon hearing the situation) and who was not able to assist remotely, and suggested using the intercom to see if anyone else could open the door. As we tried to arrange urgently another hotel, another pair of guests arrived who happened to have apartment 6 & 4 keys, and one key for the external door. We decided to put apartment 3 keys back, and share the main external door key by keeping it in the lock box outside. In apartment 4, there was no working heating. It was very cold, there was no blind on the window with buildings facing opposite, and general poor standard of hygiene and resource. In the early hours it became apparent people had also come into apartment 3. It appears they also took the main apartment key, so there was no way for us to leave the building and re-enter. We left after maintaining shelter in this building overnight. The owners are ignoring any refund requests, and have lost all money in addition to paying to stay elsewhwere.

The room is totally different then the provided photos. The beds are on the floor. And the worst: there were no blankets. We called the landlord and he/she did not answer. Booking did not help, as well. We had to buy blankets, cause it was -1 outside. Incredible!

it was only 30mins walk to the city center

the apartment was actually two small separate rooms in the 3rd floor. we only used 1 room because my kids don't want to sleep in another room away from us. It does not matched the photos online.

Convenient location, spacious room, quiet area, decent price.

It didn’t look like in the pictures but it was still pretty fine. Just furnished in an old-fashioned way.

Location was very accessible. Plus the hosts were really nice, friendly and attentive. They were great!

The location was not my cup of tea, sometimes noisy. The apartment could be better
