The place was perfect in size for just the two of us. It was in a good location. Very quiet neighborhood. Air-conditioning worked well. my husband loved sitting out on the small deck. There were a few things that made me not give it the fifth star. One of them was that there was a spot on the bedspread that looked like it needed to be washed. The small rug on the bathroom floor in front of the sink looked like it had not been washed. It was very matted and had some white particles stuck to it. There was some long hair on the wall in the bathroom that could have been wiped off. The place was great, but the cleaning could have been a little bit better. I might be a little more picky than the next person but I would definitely stay there again. I am very conscientious about cleaning because the chemo brings my white blood count down. There is one other thing that was quite unusual. After I took my shower, I tried to open the bathroom window to let some air flow because there was no fan. The bathroom window was only covering up another window that was very dirty and gross and I didn’t try to open it because of the dirt. some kind of fan in the bathroom would be nice. Those are all small things to consider when looking for a place to stay. Overall the place was acceptable and I would stay again

My favorite part is definitely the backyard garden. It was a very relaxing break while moving my stuff out of Rochester. It was nice to just lay on the bench & listen to some music. The plants, trees, & flowers made me so happy.

Comfortable stay in a central location. Plenty to do and see in the area with perfect accomodations to return home to at the end of the day. Hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and answers questions. Enjoy hiking at the quarry park. Alex made a great recommendation to Four Daughters winery...we will be back!

Super location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, good for walking. Great use of space. Fun to sleep in an attic! We loved sitting outside on the high deck. Parking on the street and tall steep stairs could be a problem for some. Dresser and roomy closet in bedroom. Bed was comfortable, not hard.. I didn't see any kitchen photos online, but it was complete and good. Wonderful hosts!, We would love to stay again, Thanks!

Clean, convenient, and quiet - this space had all we wanted and was perfect for a step away from our daily grind.

This is a small and affordable apartment on the upper level of a bungalow with its own entrance. It was perfect for our needs while visiting Mayo Clinic. Five minute drive or 20 minute walk to Gonda building. Host was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the separate bedroom and living room instead of being in a hotel. Thanks Alex!

It was such a nice space. Check-in and out was easy. There was ample parking. It was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to in Rochester. Will definitely look them up again if we come back into town.

The only downside was the barking dogs

The apartment is in a great neighborhood and location. We were able to easily get to lots of places in Rochester. My husband and I would gladly stay here again!

The hosts were wonderful at answering any questions. The apt was very spacious, clean and charming! We will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for my visit to see family a few blocks away. It’s also close to Mayo, some nice walking trails, and a most excellent coffee shop (check out Fiddlehead). The hosts were responsive via message and the place was clean, quiet, and as advertised.

Quiet second (and top) floor apartment with private entrance is tastefully furnished and very clean. It is sunny with windows on four sides and I walked to the Mayo Clinic. TV has Netflix among its subscriptions. Well kept residential neighborhood of mostly houses and friendly neighbors. Our host responded quickly to my queries and is very easy-going. If in Rochester again, I will see first see if this home is available.

perfect for my needs!

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while in town for Mayo appointments. The apartment was about right for just two people. Important to note that the apartment is accessible via an outside staircase at the back of the house. It was quite challenging to lug heavy bags up and back down. It would have been a deal breaker for us in the winter months. The apartment was clean, but there were cobwebs in various nooks/corners and the bathroom is adequate but dated. I We did purchase plug in scent warmers to chase the “older musty house” smell away. Just a personal preference. Good value, no frills space to land. Met our needs.

We were very pleased and comfortable in this cozy apartment in downtown Rochester. It was clean and neat and just the perfect size for the two of us. We booked for 4 nights while we visited a relative working at Mayo, instead of getting a hotel room. Great to have a full kitchen and 12 cup coffee maker, not to mention a living room separate from the bedroom on a road trip! Plus the host was very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely book this again!

The stay was awesome! The place was super cute and clean, it was fun that they allowed people to leave things and then those items could be used by others who stay! The location was great really close to pretty much anything you can think to do!

I was up at Mayo for almost a week for various tests and procedures and being able to come back to the apartment afterward was truly a relief. It is such a cozy apartment, and felt just like a mini home away from home. Alex and his wife were incredibly accommodating when we had an issue arise. Absolutely perfect situation for travel during COVID and very comfortable at that!

This property is adorable. Great location. Very close to Mayo. Came with my adult daughter to visit my son, a medical student at Mayo. Lots of great bike paths around. We hiked both days. Weather beautiful. Found everything we needed at this great apartment. Would rent again.

I stopped in Rochester on my way back from a trip to the black hills of South Dakota. Place was perfect— quiet and comfortable. Alex was super kind!
