Very clean and comfortable rooms. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

The location is great, not to far from town centre and sea front, hotel is situated in a quiet area so no disturbances. Host are very knowledgeable about the area and are super friendly.

The only thing that let the stay down was the water pressure on a newly fitted shower, on speaking to Paul & Wendy they were not aware of the problem but made a note to contacted the plumber to rectify the situation.

Nice big room with en-suite, coffee facilities and a comfy bed. Early check in for free and a very friendly welcome. Free parking and wifi too!

The location was ideal. Not far to walk to city center.

Location is perfect, not too far to walk into the town & to the beach. The hotel is lovely, immaculate, cosy & owners Paul & Wendy were so friendly and welcoming. Our room had everything we needed and was spotless. We will definitely stay again when we visit Skegness.

Location was spot on, unfortunately we did not get to stay as a crisis at home meant we traveled back home at 21-00, we used the room during the day to freshen up and get changed etc and what we saw was excellent.

Breakfast was perfect, great selection of fresh fruit yogurts cereals etc. Then the full English which could tweaked to suit your requirements.Wendy was very bubberly and happy every time we saw her and gave us information on Skegness places to go etc.

Could do with a little updating in the room we had, the bathroom needs a hook on the door to hang clothes etc, and maybe a heated towel rail to dry the towels after use if your keeping them longer than 1 use as suggested.

Everything, breakfast was perfect everytime, cooked beautifully, Wendy and Paul are absolutely lovely, so welcoming and friendly..didn't want to leave Can't wait to go back..xx

We had room only as don’t like to eat early.location was a bit to far for us to walk to town.ok if once a day but no more.

The proprietors were fabulous - we received the warmest welcome and were made to feel special. They also recommended places for us to go. Our room was clean with a large wardrobe and small cabinet. Well stocked bathroom with complementary toiletries. The location is perfect for us as just outside town, so quiet, but not too far to walk in.

The room didn't have much surface space to unpack things like toiletries, make up etc and we didnt trust the bedside shelves. The shower was barely more than a dribble, which I couldn't regulate the temperature of (suited the hubby as he likes to flay off his skin each morning!) No breakfast offered during summer months (although plenty of options a short walk away)

What a great stay we had, Staff very friendly, communication was great. Great location. Will defently be back.
