Ancienne ferme rénovée et atypique située non loin de Mantoue dans un très joli cadre comportant une belle piscine au milieu de la verdure, le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est sympa même s'il manque un peu de pain frais .Très bien pour une étape pour visiter Mantoue.

Je n'ai pas aimé la salle de bains presque entièrement en verre dans la chambre ce qui provoque un manque d'intimité. Il aurait été plus judicieux que les vitres soient en verre dépolis. le ménage de la chambre et la vitre de la douche aurait besoin d'être fait avec plus de soins.

The location was bucolic, the buildings and fields very pretty. The quality of the breakfast was high (however, see comment below).

The bed was quite hard. The air con leaked water. No mosquito screen on the window. The breakfast drinks and food were not replenished enough - there should be someone checking to make sure guests have everything they need etc.

Very nice place with great view on nearby lake with spacious and nicely decorated room. Great breakfast with local products ( fresh bread baked by the owners!). Parking available inside by the gate.

Loose gravel road from parking to the rooms forced me to carry my luggage instead of roll it. Only two hours window for check-in.

The area is very nice. Room is very big and nice. Breakfast is good.

The location is beautiful: it is a farm about 4 km from the old town of Mantova, very nice and quiet, with parking inside the property. We had a very comfortable suite, which was spacious, perfectly clean and had a modern bathroom. The breakfast was great, even with tasty local cakes.

The bathroom was tiny, and outside the windows or the skylight need some cobweb removing (inside was clean though)

The place is really charming. the old farm house has been restored with great attention to quality of material and great taste in the design choices. The rooms are cosy with a warm wooden floor and beautiful piece of furniture. The milky foggy atmosphere in the morning was just magic with the farmhouse surrounded by beautiful field and planted trees. A full (and very comfortable) experience of the rural areas around Mantova. The place is a stone-throw from the city centre with a bicycle/walk way passing right in front of the property and parallel to the main road. The breakfast was really good with homemade products, amazing cheese, cold cuts and cakes. We definitely would have stayed for two nights if rooms were available.

I did not get feedback on a message requesting if gluten free options for breakfast were available during the booking but at the breakfast time an awesome chocolate gluten free home baked cake was available together with other naturally gluten free options

Amazing location! Feels like a movie set! Everything is newly renovated and you can see that the hosts are in it with all their hearts. The four different kinds of homemade cakes for breakfast have been my personal highlight

The team was very kind and very attentive. They were always prompt to reply to our demands. Plus, very quite place after a trip. Good breakfast. Simplicity, attention, and kindness a spot that needs to be known.

Very nicely refurbished farm complex. Modern all new bathroom. Lots of space, in the room and on the terrain. Quiet location but close to the city. Good breakfast. Great atmosphere. Great stay.

A lovely Agriturismo surrounded by nature just 10 minutes out of the city centre. Antonio the owner is polite and extremely welcoming. The area around the building is lovely and peaceful, no noisy roads and light pollution. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The wifi worked fine and the pool outside was definitely a plus. The breakfast was very delicious, and abundant it, served in the old barchessa, it definitely started our day in the best way possible. If you planning a trip to Mantova and are looking for relax, a good sleep, greenery and great food, look no more, il Gesuita is your go to.

One of the bathrooms was a little small but the owner did warn us in advance and considering all the rest this detail did not bother us at all.
