Peace and quiet in such a perfect location. Close to both the beach and Fitzroy shops. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.
While the Wi-Fi i the unit worked a treat, I couldn’t get the promised Netflix working via the TV. Sofa bed a little tight to get out each night with location of dining table but that’s more the general size of the cabins and location of furniture. We manage fine.

Exceptionally warm unit. Easy access. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect kitchen to make your own breakfasts. Laundry room available for own use. And a minutes walk to the beach. Absolutely lovely place to stay.
Netflix kept turning off (not a real problem) and another unit took our parking space but there was plenty of on street parking and in a safe area.

Really nice feel. Well designed. We liked how it had Netflix. Quiet location and perfect for a walkway stroll.
The couch needed a minor clean but it wasn’t super bad just a bit grubby.
We stayed 4 nights. We were given 2
towels and one face cloth. We would have liked one or two more towels as the weather was wet and things didn’t dry quickly. However there is a laundry we could wash the two towels we had.

There was no drinking chocolate but everything else was good.
Dog poo on the lawn in front opf the door.

Location.
A dryer would have made a huge difference as would a vacuum cleaner. The TV needs updating as we could not get TVNZ+ and Netflix did not work as promised. Instructions for the induction cook top are necessary as most people do not have this and it is quite different.

Location was great for us ...was easy walking to the beach for Brekkie and my Cousin's House next Street!!!
My husband wrote on the note pad some repairs that needed attention (I'm not sure what now!!!)

walking running around, couldn’t have a relaxing lay in, sounded like they were in our unit …sad that no consideration was thought of for other people who may have been staying within the other units ..we stayed two nights

Fantastic location for strolls/ swims at the beach. Beanbags comfy and great for visiting friends. In a nice sheltered spot. Comfortable bed, great parking - loved our stay!
If looking for negatives -Prickles in the grass, lawns not mowed and no shade ( shade sails would be awesome)

Very clean and well equiped. Comfortable bed too. Very private.
Just a little noisey when kids are in adjoining units that run around at 6am. Floorboard noise etc. no fault of the owners just a design issue. Car park is tight for the amount of units, not helped by people parking on an angle not giving a hoot about other people, again no fault of the owners just a sign of the times...
