Worked great for our family of 5. Pool was nice and great private beach area. Condo was clean and well stocked with all you need. Little glitch with check-in and gate access upon arrival, but overall great experience!!

Breathtaking views once you walk in the door! Location is convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. Beach and pool area are relaxing and unit includes beach chairs and towels. Bbq area works great for meals in. Condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our time went too fast and we enjoyed our vacation together as a family and will be back again! This unit is 5 stars!

This was our first trip to Maui and we were very happy with the accommodations. This condo was clean and comfortable and had just about everything we needed for our stay. The views of the ocean were amazing and you could also see the pool and beautiful grounds of the complex as well. One of our favorite places to hang out was on the lanai which had very comfortable furniture and a direct view of the ocean. The complex was very well maintained and had access to a very nice beach. The pool was very clean and we used that and the jacuzzi every day. There is a paved path that is accessible from the polo beach club that you can take and walk along the ocean and past all the resorts for almost two miles. The shops at wailea are a quick drive or a decent walk and there is a market there as well as a lot of nice shops and restaurants. The condo location was perfect and seemed much more quiet and private than a lot of the resorts we walked by. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Polo Beach Club was wonderful; this was in a great location right by the beach, at the end of the paved walking path and with a beautiful ocean view. The space was super clean and spacious, and it was nice how easy everything was.

A quiet place to stay, adult oriented and quiet times made for a relaxing place to stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, it could use a fresh update and kitchen overhaul but the basics were there. Beds were nice and firm, shower had good water pressure.

This is the second time we have stayed at unit #402 and we were not disappointed again. The property is so clean and well maintained. You have a beautiful beach step away that is not overcrowded, that you can always watch amazing sunsets from. It is very easy to park and access your rooms, and the new gate is easy to go in and out of. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and it feels very cozy to hang out in. There is no bad thing to say about this property, we love it.

We loved our stay at Polo Beach Club. The location was great for access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We swam at the beach out front most days, which never felt crowded. I liked having easy access to the walking path that runs in front of the nearby resorts. The unit was clean and well appointed. I didn’t study a map before going so one thing to know is the unit is a little set back, so looking out from the lanai you see the stucco building to the right, but beautiful sweeping views ahead and to the east. Sunset was also great and we enjoyed cocktail hour on the lanai. Pictures reflect the unit accurately. Would stay again.

We had one minor issue with the disposal and they were very prompt on responding to the issue and resolved it. We would love to come back to 402 and have already recommended this place to our friends!

Amazing spot! Unit was very clean and well kept with everything we needed except a few more towels would have been nice. Otherwise everything in order. Great view with great little beach and pool. Loved being at beginning of the Wailea Beach walk! So close to restaurants and shops! Also nice to have the underground parking.

This property was perfect for our family. The condo is furnished beautifully and very comfortable. It’s right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping in the area. Had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Maui! Definitely would stay here again.

Everything about this condo was better than advertised. From the view & location to the amenities available for a week at the beach, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The Polo Beach Club is a beautifully maintained building right on Polo Beach and Unit 402 is clean, well-stocked with everything needed in a home away from home, quiet & comfortable. The short walk to the Fairmont, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea and Marriott along the beach was beautiful and made it easy to enjoy some of what those resorts had to offer vacationers. Highly recommend!!

Every unit has an ocean view- far better than the more expensive hotels in Wailea. Oceanfront beach is beautiful. House was clean and well stocked. I wish we would've had a beach umbrella and a couple boogie boards. Overall, this was a perfect rental spot!

It was super! Our daughter and family were right next door at the Fairmont Resort. We walked over to help her with the grandkids while the son in law was busy with conferences at the Fairmont. And then one evening we were able to have a grandkid sleepover at our place at the Polo Beach Club. Plenty of room with the extra beds. We played games and enjoyed our individual grandparents time while their parents were having dinner and a night of fun.
The whole facility was great . Parking was easy . The unit was clean and filled all of our needs and more. The beach area was never as crowded as the Fairmont beach and the pool and hot tub at the polo club was really clean and well taken care of.

Loved the location of this unit. Excellent beach steps away. Unit was exactly as advertised. Is well appointed and could not think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. Bathrooms could use an update but that didn’t detract from our stay. 100% would stay again.

This condo is up there with the nicest on Maui. Great for those who are looking for a quieter family friendly property with great beach access and incredible views. Could not have been happier with this location. Will be back for sure.

A lovely, well appointed condo with a gorgeous view- everything we needed was there! Only one constructive comment- the fan on the lanai seems to be broken and should be fixed.

My wife and I visited as part of our honeymoon. Property well maintained and had amenities such as luggage and shopping carts (very useful). Parking was always available. Unit was decorated with Hawaiian themes right to the dishes and drinking glasses. The only issue I had was understanding where the unit was located in the building when making the reservation. The unit was very clean and provided beach towels and beach chairs for use. Pool and barbeque were nice amenities. Could not use the beach due to the ocean swell.

Great Location and Beach Access!
We had a lovely stay! The property was as everything we hoped for; Excellent beach access and location. All of the indoor necessities/comforts were available and they also provided portable Beach Chairs. Only complaint would be that the pool was closed on the last day of our visit due to gate being broken. And there weren't any umbrellas/boogie boards for the beach, but that wasn't advertised, would just be an easy added bonus. Mahalo!

We loved every minute of our stay at Polo Beach 402. The condo is perfectly situated on beautiful Polo Beach - beautiful views with quick and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed with ample beach gear and kitchen utensils/appliances. The Polo Beach Club was quiet and calm - even though our stay was during a very bust time of year, it never felt crowded or too noisy. We had groceries delivered in advance of our arrival which was a wonderful time savings. CBIP Vacations were easy to deal with and very responsive to any need we had. Highly recommend - I have already passed info along to several friends.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and ocean all of which are very close. Very well appointed and comfortable, nice appliances, plenty of beach chairs and towels. Would highly recommend anyone staying here.
