House was as described and very clean. It has everything needed for your stay including a cooler and bear spray. The one negative is the internet connection and direct tv signal. It was hard to plan each day’s activities because the internet barely worked.

The house was exactly as advertised and made it perfect to visit Yellowstone and other local attractions. It was away from the crowds and made the stay that much better.

We got this place to act as our home base for our trip to Yellowstone and it was great. Affordable and convenient to West Yellowstone. The whole situation was perfect. Out of the way but convenient. It made coming back mid day for breaks quick and easy.

Overall very clean and met our needs. It is very warm there in July, a fan or some time of air conditioning would be nice. It was very nice to have access to bear spray and a cooler! Mosquitos are not very forgiving! Thanks for the nice stay in a quit neighborhood. We saw a Bison walking beside the road one day!

House was everything we needed. Wish we could have spent more time there, but we were busy visiting Yellowstone. We really liked the coffee that was supplied. That made our mornings-thank you!

It was 10 mins drive to west Yellowstone. The space of the cabin was really nice. We were able to enjoy our time.

Had a wonderful time starting in West Yellowstone

There were a few minor issues but in general this is a good location for visiting the park. So much better than a hotel room! Be aware the home is in a rural subdivision outside of town so you will have to drive for approx 5-10 minutes to reach it, but it is a fast easy drive with no stoplights. I advise arriving during daylight as it is located in a lakeside subdivision that might be tricky for nighttime arrival the first time. It's a beautiful neighborhood by a lake and fringed by mountains. So pretty! The beds were comfortable and even the foldout bed is ok. The house was sparkling clean! Watch out for bison plops in the yard as you walk toward the front door (another reason to arrive in the daylight). Be aware that the property listing states wood burning fireplace but this is not accurate, the fireplace has a gas insert (glad I did not buy firewood!). The heaters in each room are individually controlled and work very well. The kitchen has the minimum of cooking utensils and pans but it was good enough to cook meals. Nice grill too, but would have preferred slightly better knives. Shop in town! The property owner provided bear spray canisters to take with you for your hikes, which saves you time and money! We carried them as recommended but did not need to use them (thank goodness). There is a nice cooler to pack in your car for your lunches when you go to the Park for the day, which is a nice touch. Be sure to get an early start to avoid the line into Yellowstone Park!

We loved the convenience to town, without the crowds! The wild life in the neighborhood was awesome!! We had a herd of buffalo nearby, and one buffalo in the front yard!! The house was tidy and comfortable!! I would stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. The property is easy to get to and close to the town of West Yellowstone. The kitchen is well-outfitted and we had a great time cooking at home. One morning the bison even joined us for our breakfast, red dogs included! The shower is strong and the bedrooms were cozy. All around, a wonderful stay near the West Entrance of Yellowstone! In town, we highly recommend Mountain Mama's, Slippery Otter Pub, and the Grizzly Wolf Center.

Lovely. Exceeded our expectations. Our home base for enjoying Yellowstone National Park. Saw a fox at the house and bison and elk on the drive to it. The property manager answered questions promptly and kindly.

Overall, the property is pretty good, and as described. Unfortunately, the beds are in serious need of replacing - very uncomfortable. The best thing was location. The worst thing was unremitting, horrible mosquito issues! We could not go outside, there were so many swarming! Clearly, this is not something that can be attributed to the management company. It is what happens when folks build on swampland.

Beautiful location within reasonable driving distance of town and Yellowstone. If you arrive at night have a plan to get from the car to the front door without being eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Can't say enough about our stay. The house was perfect and the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Even addressed a minor issue with the washing machine within an hour of our call. Beautiful house in a perfect spot for our week in Yellowstone. Would love to come back.

We didn’t get the information via email to how to get in, but the property management was quick to help us and sent us the info via text. Home was clean and quiet neighborhood. Road to the neighborhood is in rough shape but wasn’t really an issue for us. It was nice they had bear spray for us to use (we never needed it but carried with on hikes). We would recommend staying here.

Overall this experience was very good. House was comfortable and was well stocked with everything. It was all pretty easy to find.

Stayed for a week with kids and grandkids. It was just big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. Did get a bit cramped. We used this as a basecamp for breakfasts and dinners. We wished the kitchen had some basic spices and condiments. The wifi was a kinda sluggish but the cell reception was decent. The sleeper-sofa was fine for the 67 year old to sleep on. This fits pretty well for a basecamp. Not really a place for a larger group to hang out, not a "luxury property" but really clean and really great to access Yellowstone and the greater Yellowstone area.

The house is well furnished, gives a cabin feeling, the furniture is of good quality and very functional, the kitchen is well stocked. All around a great experience.

We love it here, and this house is an amazing spot to stay. Perfect for a family, minutes away from West Yellowstone and the park entrance. Just perfect.

We loved staying at this property. The manager was super responsive and the home is SO clean! (We actually met the cleaners- a husband and wife and they were really nice.) This is one of the cleanest VRBO homes I’ve ever stayed at. The only downside was that the wifi was slow, to the point that we had to use data/hotspot all week. The manager said she would call the company but I guess it’s to be expected when you’re staying in remote country. (Who comes to Yellowstone for the Internet?) Also, the views of the mountains are amazing and you can see wildlife from your backyard! One morning, we saw a fox playing in the adjacent yard with some kids’ toys. They even have bear spray to borrow. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again if we would return to Yellowstone. You can tell that the manager/owners take pride in their homes.

Very comfortable home with updated interior. Included necessary amenities to make for a great stay. Perfect location just minutes from the west Yellowstone entrance.
