Very good breakfast and good location even though it is not on the beach front.

Breakfast was good, people were nice and room met expectations.

Finding the hotel was hard and in a not so great location. Not many places to eat around and weird streets to arrive to hotel

The staff. Very friendly and discreet. The lunch was also great!

I didn't like there was no coconut water. Nor fresh nor packed. There was no tonic water either.

The room is basic, but with a good bed and shower. There is a free parking, which is helpful. The staff in the reception was kind.

The fridge in the room makes laud noise. The restaurant service is really poor. And food is expensive for the quality offered.

Friendly & helpful staff. Quick turnaround on laundry. A business type of hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Secure.

Not much nearby for food. Windows make a whistling noise when windy which was most of the time on the 8th floor when I stayed! Breakfast until 0800, average mix of food Pool is tiny as is the gym

The room was comfortable and clean, with a small bathroom, but walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was very good The garage had enough space

the beds were not made every day and the towels not changed. The poolwater was dirty and not filtered every day The restaurant food was poor.

The restaurant has a varied menu, excellent appearance and flavor. Excellent value for money making meals at the hotel more worthwhile. Breakfast with a lot of variety including typical foods. The waiters and the Nutritionist are super friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a protocol against COVID-19 in practice, where we can only use the morning buffet using disposable plastic gloves, which are provided by the restaurant itself, and the mask is only allowed to be removed when the food is consumed. Unfortunately we noticed some guests talking on their cell phones while serving food at the buffet and then speaking in a loud voice after sitting at the table. I understand that it is difficult to make people aware of the seriousness of the current pandemic now underway, but I would suggest to the Restaurant to put up a poster requesting that such practice be avoided, as cell phones are a source of contamination, and encourage keeping the dialogue as low as possible while people were eating without masks, because of the dispersion of aerosols, which can increase the risk of contamination by the coronavirus. Cleaness is impecable, Air condictioned in the messroom and room are operating perfectly keeping good temperature all the time. Internet signal is excellent. Clerk and all Staff always in good mood, receptive and ready to help. Noise perception from outside almost zero (note that I was lodged at 1st floor!). Corridors are constantly silent. First room I was previously at 11st floor I had very good view from part of downtown and Olinda nearby. Supermarkets are located around 800-1000 meters far from hotel. Beside Hotel entrance we can find a Barber Shop and Beauty Saloon. Would like to say special thanks to Mr. Elias who is responsible for Hotel reservations. He helped us to extend our stay, presenting good alternatives of rooms, always with good will clarifying all doubts we had. He is excellent! In case you need any help just talk to him.
