Appropriate property for the area. Needs a few upgrades. Beds were uncomfortable. Minimal seating within condo. Shower needs new shower head. Table for the balcony.

Property was in a great location with walking distance to the beach, and this property was great for allowing our dog. On the flip side the beds and furniture could stand to be updated. Also, the spring breakers (neighboring properties) partied until 4am and we could hear every bit of it in our bedroom.

Location, cleanliness, communications, everything was great. Would definitely stay here again on our winter getaway. The only thing that I could recommend would be to have the living area furniture more comfortable. Our stay was for three weeks in February so we did spend a good amount of time inside but it wouldn't keep us from coming back.

My 2 daughters and I stayed here and it was very clean, comfortable, easy check in and so close to everything, town, beaches, food, pool and hot tub! Will definitely come and stay again.

We and another couple stay for a long weekend in Port A every year after Labor Day and this year we booked 2020 Sandpoint. The whole house is 3 units; the 2 on the ends are the same size and the one in the middle is another bedroom with interior doors that can be added on to either unit if needed. We stayed in unit A on the left hand side. Check-in was easy and fun with Matthew, who was also super-responsive during our stay the one time we had a question. The unit was big enough for the 2 couples and 2 small dogs that stayed the long weekend. Plenty of parking for our two vehicles and the cart we rented. Many other beach rentals only had 2 spots total and the cart counts as one so be advised. Not a worry with 2020 Sand Point. The private pool was nice but all these pools are shallow and small so the water temp was well into warm bath territory. What can you expect at the end of a hot summer, though? Overall it was a great stay and we'd certainly stay at any of the hosts properties again.

My inlaws were visiting and we were looking for a beach house that was close to the beach and everything we wanted to do. This house was close to everything! Such a short distance to the beach and we were so close to shopping and restaurants! The house was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable for all of us! Would definitly go back to stay! Thank you!

The management team was very responsive and the off-season free night was great! There happened to be a power outage in the neighborhood when we were there and they came over with extra flashlights for us and kept us updated in what the electric company was telling them. Short walk to the beach and the community pool and hot tub was very nice. For any birders, there’s a tree next to the pool that the birds loved—full of orioles, warblers, hummingbirds! I would say the the condo is very comfortable for 4, to put six in, you would have to put the sofa and coffee table somewhere (on the porch?) to open a Murphy bed.

Cant wait to go back!!!! The condo is super clean and Sandy was a gem, they were so nice!!!!

We had a wonderful time and Matthew was a great host; very knowledgeable about the Island. It's a short walk to the beach and it's close to town. The rental is extremely clean and has all the necessities. We both would highly recommend staying here.

The owner of the property was very Friendly and even offered to help us find a fishing charter (hopefully next time). Already planning our Next trip!!

Our home was an easy 3 minute walk, at the most, to the beach. Having "The Beach Lodge" in the neighborhood was a bonus to grab a bite to eat. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean, easy walk to the beach, stocked kitchen, perfect porch with a great view, and a great host who was great at communicating and had good food recommendations. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and we really loved how easy it was to get to the beach. We stayed in unit C. It shares a wall with the other units, which made for a little noise when the other family staying next to us showed up. But a perfect location for our family. We will be back for sure!

We went for a girls trip and it rained the whole time, but we made the best of it and had a blast everything about the home and neighborhood was so nice. The only thing that I can give feedback on is that the beds were super hard

The Sand Point condo is in the perfect location for just about everything. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the docs @ Fisherman's Warf, and just about anything else in Port A.We are looking back to come and visit again!
