Amazing location, clean and perfect vacation!

Great location close to the beach and wonderful views from all over the condo. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two teenagers.

This is a great rental with a location and view that can’t be beat! Unit has a brand new kitchen with high end appliances and two balconies both overlooking Lake Michigan. The public beach is steps from the front door and the shops and restaurants in town are a 15/20 minute walk along the water. You are renting one unit of a duplex and the owners live in the other unit and are great hosts. I was concerned by other reviews warning that the air conditioning, which works extremely well on the main floor, does not reach the bunk beds in the loft…that was true during the day when the sun was at its brightest, but was not a problem at all at night when my kids were going to sleep. The room cooled off both nights. There was a fan in the loft but they never needed to turn it on.

I wanted to be close to family camping at the state park and was happy to find this property. The gas grill on the patio was great and easy to use and the home was spacious.

This house was perfect for a week at the beach. Just walk across the street and spend the day at the beach, then a short walk to town for dinner. Perfect!

Awesome place, very clean, new appliances, great location!

The property was a perfect location. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and were 1 mile from downtown. So you could walk the boardwalk to the shops or it was a quick drive to the restaurants. The owner lives on site and was super friendly. The upstairs isn’t air-conditioned. It didn’t bother us since it got cooler for us at night but just so renters are aware. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Just a quick bike ride to the lighthouse pier and downtown. We even had access to the garage for our car and bikes, which was really nice. Close to Rosy Mound dune beach as well. Probably THE BEST possible location to rent from at the beach. Probably the only thing to improve on would be that the loft (bunk bed room) does not have air condition like the rest of the house, so it would get pretty hot up there. Luckily it would cool down at night, so our kids did not mind too much. The property owners were very friendly and super responsive to our needs.

We loved everything about this property! The condo was beautifully done with lots of space for my husband and I and our 4 kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of refrigerator space, a beautiful stove and dishwasher. Our favorite feature was the front deck right off the kitchen where you can enjoy the view of the beach, sunset and do lots of people watching. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, there is also a nice gas grill on the deck. There is an even larger deck off the third floor loft where the bunk beds are located which worked great when we had our family over to watch the sunset. The condo also has a large garage where we were able to safely keep our bikes and sandy beach gear in when we weren't using them. The half bath is located on the entry level floor along with the washer and dryer which was great to have for keeping our beach towels clean and dry (make sure you bring your own). I would say that the only drawback was that the third floor does not cool very well at all. The week we stayed was in the high 90"s and even though we kept all the blinds shut during the day and the rest of the condo very cold we could not get the third floor cool enough for sleeping. However, even with this one issue we can not wait to go back!!

The location across from the Grand Haven State Park is ideal. The views from the balcony are incredible. Very modern, clean and well furnished. Highly recommended.

Our group of 3 had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with an even better view. The property felt brand new. Everything from the high end kitchen to the 2 balconies made the trip that much more enjoyable. The pictures really don’t do this place justice. Only drawback was that, even with the fan, the upstairs bunk bed area was a bit too warm.

We have stayed in many VRBOs. This was by far the cleanest I have ever seen! Top of the line appliances that were pristine. Very well appointed kitchen. Not like most that has plates and service for 6-8 people. They must have enough for at least two dozen or more. The view doesn’t get much better. You want sand? It’s even in the driveway. Truly wonderful place.

Great location across from beach. Great for kids. Decks were great. Very chic newer home. The furniture wasn’t my style but to each their own. About 1/2 mile to downtown if you enjoy walking. Would book again..

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this rental! It’s beautiful and the picture in VRBO doesn’t do it justice. Great view and being across from the beach was so convenient! We met the owner who was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again but for a longer period of time!
