Fabulous location with garden down to the lake.
Decent continental breakfast.
Very basic and run down room and facilities.
Bathrooms are pretty awful - old plastic 'capsules' with holes etc.
They seem happy to let people (incl. the owner) smoke indoors, so there is a constant smell of smoke right through the hotel which is not nice, especially in the morning.
It's far too expensive for what it is. Feels like a hostel but costs feel 4 star!

The location was excellent. Quiet and right by the lake.
The bathroom was so small that you shower practically on top of the toilet. The bathroom was like a plastic capsule with a plastic toilet with the shower right next to it. it really ruined the good points about the hotel.

The location was beautiful. We liked the garden with the swimming pool. Very romantic terrace and very friendly staff.
There were mosquitoes so bring some anti mosquitoes spray.

the Property is located in a tranquil area of the lake with direct access and a large garden.
Staff members love what they do, hospitality is what they are proud of. We arrived late and even the kitchen was closed they prepared us some delicious gnocchi and a ministrier soup. in no time at all.👏👍

Breakfast was very good,really enjoyed it.Would like if the muesli was written on as I prefer muesli that has no sugar and perhaps just oats and nuts.
A kettle in the room wld have been welcome as it was very rainy.I would have drunk more tea.Had my own teabags with me.

Very beautiful location, terrace, gorgeous view. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Good food.

The hotel location is very unique, on the corner of CH and Italian border, separated only by a canal from Lake Lugano, a very quiet and quaint garden for sunbathing and a good size swimming pool. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

Rather a simple hotel, but direclty at the lake with a nice park at the lake where you can chill and enjoy the sun. The hotel has a restaurant with a nice veranda as well.
The rooms were not on the cheap side but very simple and rather small. The bathrooms seem to be built in units and are definitely not something for bigger people.

The room could be better but all the rest was perfect.
