There are not many things to fault with the property. Location is excellent. Close to lots of amenities. We had a very enjoyable stay. It was very comfortable and the treats that the host left out for us on arrival were a very nice welcome.
The wifi signal wasn’t great but other than that it was perfect

Property was immaculate and fully equipped for self catering. Situated close to restaurants, shoreside and beach. Parking immediately outside the property. Couldn’t fault it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway at Studio 11. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by some welcome gifts :-) The accommodation was a good size, clean, tidy and well presented. The addition of some magazines, games, kids books, foxtel and netflix was also great. It was a very short walk to a wide range of places to grab a feed or a drink. The Frisky Deer cafe, located next door was great for a morning caffeine hit. We will definitely be back, maybe when the weather is warmer next time :-)
There wasn't really anything we didn't like. We used our mobile data, I believe the studio has free wifi but we didn't try it so not sure if a password is needed?

Accomodation exceeded our expectations, was perfect for our little family of 4. Beds super comfy, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location 10/10 all of our favourite eateries within walking distance and communication with our hosts fantastic. We will be back!

Great location for Crab Fest weekend. Robyn had the Studio to perfection so welcoming 🙏 thank you. Even checked to see that I had arrived and was settled in.

The apartment was well located, walking distance to everything. it was bright, clean, cool and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied, and Robyn’s correspondence was clear and friendly.
We couldn’t fault the property at all. We can’t wait to stay again!

This apartment was very well located and appointed. There were Christmas touches which we appreciated. We had everything we required and more! Super comfortable and clean.
The main living area was very bright during the day and some slightly darker sun filtering curtains or blinds would be great (better to be light than dark, however!)

The property had everything you could possibly need to have a fantastic holiday. I loved how our host left us goodies to eat. How thoughtful!

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment upstairs, opposite The Sebel. Close to the board walk and restaurants. Cafe next door. We loves to little welcome things like timtams and chocolates. We felt very welcome on arrival

The hosts were amazing, and the apartment was fantastic value for money. Beautiful location and well exceeded our expectations. We had a very comfortable stay and would rebook any time.

Personal touches were appreciated - wine, nibbles, roses, chocolates, fully stocked kitchen cupboards, milk & cold water in the fridge and many personal items in the bathroom,

Great location very close to the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre and Family Bathing Area. Also loved the reclining chairs in the lounge room to relax in at the end of the day!

Excellent location. So clean and homely. This was just for a 2 night getaway, but would love to come back again for a few days longer.
Walking distance to marina and restaurants. Robyn was lovely to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location next to cafes, restaurants and pubs. Easy to walk into town. Beautifully clean, modern accommodation with lovely décor and furnishings. The host left us complimentary treats and was great with communication throughout our stay. The studio included everything we needed for a comfortable, pleasant family trip away.
Was quite difficult to find a car space close to the accommodation as the public carpark was full most of the time we were there. Had to drive around for a while to find a spot and was a bit of a distance from the unit when I did find one. Did mange to move the car quite late at night to a closer spot though. This was only a minor downside for me and no fault of the hosts...but just something to be aware of if you require easy parking.

Robyn the host was very easy to communicate with and made everything about entry into the apartment very
smooth. It was a pleasure to deal with her. The little treats that were left was a little bonus and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.
