Magnolia Cottage is just simply perfect. Clean, high end finishes, appliances, furnishings and at the same time cozy and super comfortable. We loved it and will return! Best of the honeymoon cottages at Seaside!

In the last 30 years we have probably had 20 vacations in the Seaside and Destin areas. This unit was the nicest we have experienced. The interior is extremely clean and updated with high quality furniture and appliances. The location is steps from the beach and about 2 minutes from many restaurants and Modica Market. Most nights we got takeout and ate on the deck. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, great location and access to the beach, spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the water, walking distance to restaurants/etc. We had a great trip! Can’t wait to book this house again.

My now husband and I stayed here for our elopement. The lovely rental company had a card and a bouquet of roses waiting for us when we checked in. The cottage was absolutely amazing. So close to the beach access but still tons of privacy. The outdoor shower was well used. Beautiful grounds - there were even a family of deer sleeping in the backyard one morning. We just wish we could have stayed here longer.

Beautiful cottage in a primo oceanfront location, steps from the beach and all the hub-bub of Seaside, but quiet and private. Wonderful deck and swing for relaxing sea breezes and sunsets. Definitely recommend for a romantic getaway!

Magical and perfect! The cottage was so romantic with an amazing view of the gulf…. And picture frame sunsets. The cottage is finished very tastefully and has everything you need. The location is extremely convenient to Seaside shops and restaurants. …A one minute walk. We already look forward to returning and would never stay anywhere else. Thank you!

We have stayed in Magnolia for many years and this visit was wonderful. The house was clean, stocked, comfortable and nicely appointed. Thank you for the Black Bear gift card (one of our very favorite places). Such a nice surprise and perfectly suited to us. We are planning on coming back next year. Keep up the superior work!

Very fortunate to get this beautiful house located right on the beach! Private beach entrance was right next to house! Views from second floor balcony were truly amazing! Hope to go back next year! Highly highly recommend this place for a young couple! Or empty nesters!

Best place to stay on 30A
This is by far the best place we have ever stayed on 30a. The location is amazing. Steps from the Seaside amphitheater. Literally next door to the entry to the beach. The house is absolute perfection. Everything you could possibly need is there. Personal cooler for the beach was nice. There is not one thing I would change about this property. can't wait to book it again. This will be the only place we stay from now on.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Honeymoon Cottage! It’s a perfectly situated, beautifully designed cottage. Watching sunsets from that porch swing was magical. Proximity to all Seaside amenities made it even better. We had a wonderful, wonderful time.

Fantastic Magnolia !
The Magnolia is a fantastic property with great amenities! It is one of the few places that has a clear view over the berm to the beach. Magnolia is located in the heart of Seaside and close to Watercolor and great bike trail rides. The beach is right there! Eating is close and lots of great places!

Beautiful, private place yet close to everything!
Wonderful place in Seaside. Location can’t be beat. Right next to private beach access—very easy to go back and forth to the beach several times a day. We used the bikes daily—much easier to get around with bikes during the busy season than a car. Bed was extremely comfortable with high-quality linens. You’ll be blown away by the shower! Best of all was the large, covered porch (with swinging daybed as well as table and chairs) overlooking the ocean. I had coffee every morning here and watched the dolphins play. This area was so quaint with plenty of nature nearby.

We had the most wonderful time staying in this adorable cottage for my husband's 50th bday! So quaint, and peaceful. The location is amazing, waking up to the sound of the ocean and the view is just perfect!
