Hidden Dunes is great! The kids loved the heated pool and the beach was perfect! The house was nice and everything worked properly.

I've stayed at Hidden Dunes off and on for 20 years. Beautiful place. Two downers: 1) You can expect your cost to be double the per night fee because of all the additional charges. 2) There is apparently no off season in Destin anymore. We went April 2022 and just now in the first weekend in October. Traffic is horrendous. You'll wait a long time at a restaurant even in October. You can't go down and have a peaceful uncrowded visit. It's a shame because I used to love going there

Hidden Dunes is a well maintained resort. Expect a lengthy walk to the beach from this condo. Overall the place was nice, however it’s feels tired. It’s need updating. The beach is beautiful but this place does not include umbrella and chair set up. Expect to pack or buy everything you need for the beach including towels. The resort is close to everything.

This property was clean and we loved the set up! The screened in porch was amazing! Loved that we didnt have to leave the property to get to the beach. I would stay here again!

Upstair Neighbors we loud every night. Thought there would be more. Facuet in Kitchen needs to be replaced, was surprised that the owner/mamangement didn't supply more paper products. Places I have rented before usually would have this. Don't think I would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet cottage. Our morning coffee on the porch was wonderful. We never heard traffic, though we were close to 98. The location was the farthest from the beach, but the walk short and pleasant, and we could always call for a lift to the beach.
The only issue we had was the bedding! In the photos there were bedspreads on the beds, but they were missing. So, we only had a king flat sheet for a coverlet, and no extra blankets. This was true for the 2nd bedroom as well. No comforter or bedspread, just a top sheet.
But I rate our overall stay 5 stars!

Cottage was incredible. Enjoyed the pickelball and tennis courts.
My husband and I love to tour the area but unfortunately for the restaurants we love to grill out. The grills are conveniently located and the cottage has everything you need. Thank you owners of cottage 120 for sharing your blessings.

The condo was very nice and clean.
The only downfall would be the distance from the beach also the area was dark because of all the trees.

Overall this place was great. The house is the closest to the entrance/exit to the Hidden Dunes property and furthest from the beach. Walking to the beach is not that far. We chose to drive and park our vehicle with all our beach supplies in the open parking close to the beach access most days. The place was clean and cozy. Very quiet area. The only very minor inconvenience we came across was there were no comforters on the beds. Which was not an issue for us as we had brought our own covers. The pools on the property were great as well and were never crowded. We would definitely look to rent this property again when we return to Destin.

The house was nice and we got to check in early, but the floor was dirty and it had pepperoni on the floor. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely rent it again.

Week at Hidden Dunes
Very clean. We had 4 adults, a 16 year old granddaughter and a 12 year old grandson. Had plenty of room. Short walk to main pool. Longer walk to beach. Nice size kitchen with many conveniences, electric skillet, coffee maker and a Keurig, pop up toaster, etc. Enjoyed ourselves immensely.

This is a lovely beach cottage, very clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked properly and our guests were very comfortable. However, I felt very mislead on the location. It is NOT "close to beach access" unless you are referring to a street that runs through the property. This unit is located near the Hwy. 98, the farthest possible from the beach in the entire property.

Comfortable space perfect for two couples. All amenities were taken care of and provided. The walk to the beach is nearly 10 minutes, but a gradual hill and no big deal. We didn't try the pools but there are two on property. Two gas grills are just out the front door of the unit and some grilling spatulas were provided. Great location for short drives to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book this home again!

What was in the pictures, was exactly what we experienced during our stay. Very spacious and the covered screened patio was awesome. The condo unit is furthest from the beach in Hidden Dunes as you can get, but still conveniently located. We drove our vehicle and parked closer to beach access without any problem each day. If you don't mind a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, the unit is great. Complimentary umbrella and chair service was good, and make sure to understand the rules of the private beach on your first visit. The beach is short, but the chair service tries hard to be accommodating. If the resort is full, it will feel crowded. Luckily we had respectful beach neighbors each day.
Tennis was great, and match pairing was very good. People from other resorts and locals showed up to play friendly matches. Morning tennis clinics were good.
