Perfect location and super nice room
Breakfast was served in a separate restaurant and a continental breakfast should be added to the options

They charge for each small bottle of water 30 TL at the restaurant for breakfast

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable and very helpful staff. The garden looked lovely but it was a heatwave when we were there so we stayed in our air conditioned room instead. The staff very kindly gave us an upgraded room for our 2 night stay.
There was noise in the evening from live music next door and the breakfast was off site but we knew these things so we weren’t surprised when we encountered them.

One time it was very very high music level in restaurants afront of hotel, Music start about 19:00 and completed totally in about 02:30.

Personell was amazing! Burak and his colleagues were very friendly and helpfull. Despite that we came early morning thay allow us to check in. Our kid was feeling really good there as well.
Sometimes noise from main street was intrusive.

AC did not work and they did not care. Asked them 4-5 times to fix it they refused and says it is just because it was too hot outside. Staff is very rude.
Also Wifi does not work. Their excuse was that it does not work with apple products …
