The room was great, very clean, bright, and fresh. We enjoyed the room. The pizza we bought was good, too. Our drinks at the 5 O'clock Bar were good.

The room was set at 60°, yet was a little warm, not even 70°. The hallways, souvenir shop, coffee shop, elevators were all hot. There weren't enough choices of eating places or food. The water in the pools wasn't really as clear as I like.

Water was cut off and when it did come back on couldn't use it due to brown water

It was nice, the rooms were spacious and the view of the lake was great. The pools were clean.

Elevators were always hard to get on, the breakfast options are very minimal especially when traveling with kids, the food in general wasn’t the best

Not much this property is very small, 2 restaurants, 3 pools and a lazy river but only 1 was usable. The kiddie pool was the only cool pool and clean others were hot and cloudy like it hadn’t been cleaned and no circulation

Not all inclusive, restaurants close at 10 but the kitchen stop cooking at 9 at both restaurants which is early when on vacation

the food could be better considering a hotel that size and with that price. the lobby area restaurant is very good, but the rest offers pretty much only fast food type which could be better considering the price point.

The Mon-Fri buffet lunches were good, the breakfast was mediocre; all meals needs to match up to the international standards that we are used to in the Middle East, Africa and Asia hotels.

Lack of daily housekeeping service; this was a first for me (under the guise of preserving the environment). I did not appreciate being charged an additional daily US$45 resort fee, that is ridiculous and should be waived otherwise it is not worth staying in future at your hotel!!

There was limited food selections at the restaurants. There was really like 2 main restaurants The food was good but more like bar food. The drinks were good and not too expensive. The breakfast buffet was pricey and I didn’t see other options for breakfast. the dinner buffet they had was Italian food and it was the same every night. We left the hotel to eat elsewhere the last night. The events that were publicized were mostly cancelled. It’s geared towards people with children which is fine. I’m not sure we would go there as a couple without grandkids however.

We liked the heated pools and hot tubs! We also enjoyed the mini putt and yard games.

Wish the adult heated pool was warmer because the outside temp was around 50 degrees.

Activities were fun and did not have to leave resort

This is our second family trip to this resort. I love the pools at this resort, there is plenty to do with your kids. has a very fun atmosphere for the kids and adults.

Our room was not properly cleaned, there was coffee left out in the balcony, and when we undid the bed we found a syringe and a toy car, which lets us know the sheets are not washed in between or they would not have missed it. Elevators were a nightmare, when departing we had to wait about 40 minutes to leave. Valet staff was horrible. I asked for mini golf equipment, didn't have any. Waited there and he gave them to another guy until I asked him again for them. They made a lady cry because at how rude they were being. Another lady was flustered as well due to how rude they were being. We also went to the Landshark bar and were told there would be a wait and would be texted when our table was ready. When we received the text, we confirmed and made our way over. When we got there, she told me there was a family infront of us and if they didn't show up in five minutes then she would sit us. Crazy, because if we were already there she could have just sat us down. For the hefty price we paid, the resort should operate a bit smoother so every guest enjoys their experience and wants to come back.

I liked the amenities and the activities available.

The food quality was good but wait time for food at the poolside was extensive - over 45 mins. All restaurants appear to have similar menus. There wasn't enough diversity in food between the restaurants.

No breakfast at all for price. That weekend was basically a bummer because we were booked during a waste connection event. And resort caterered to them. So access to events that showed as things for guests on website only ended up being for them because their group was considered as a private group event. I can't recommend to anyone knowing that they could possibly be booked during a private event like I was

The water park was amazing. Being right on the lake was incredible.

The power went out one of the days we were there and the kids couldn’t enjoy the splash pad or lazy river. Only one elevator was working and it was packed. I’ve stayed at other resorts where the staff was welcoming and would greet you in passing, that doesn’t happen here. The bartenders are the best!
