The Townhouse was very clean and overall very welcoming. There is a pool and everyone is very friendly.

The Vrbro property was more than we could have wished for. A pond with ducks and geese. Great location and they even texted and emailed once we were settled in to see if we needed anything. So thankful.

Very nice place, close to the freeway and close to everything. Great experience and highly recommended.

The property was what we expected, very nice and the property managers were very attentive. We had a small issue with the sliding glass door, and they sent a repair man out to fix it that same day.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and well supplied. The view from the patio was great. It has a great walking path and the location is close to restaurants and shopping.

My husband & I stayed at Superstition Lakes the week of Feb. 6th. We were so glad we were in the east Mesa area away from all of the crowds of the Super Bowl & the Phoenix Open golf tournament going on that week. We really enjoyed the condo – the view of the pond(s) and lots of water fowl was so relaxing. There are a good number of flat sidewalks throughout the complex & the adjacent complex for walking. The residents of the complex were all very friendly as we passed them walking their dog or just enjoying the beautiful weather. We even walked to the Fry’s grocery store to pick up a few items – it is that close. We enjoyed visiting Saguaro Lake (about a 30 – 45 minute drive). Downtown Mesa has an interesting art & mural walk. Just a couple of comments about the condo – the one car garage stall is very small (we were driving a full size SUV and it barely fit into the space). Just keep that in mind if you think you will be using the garage. The condo felt and looked very clean upon check-in. The bathrooms could be updated with counter/adult height cabinets and ADA height toilets. The kitchen counter tops could be updated to a solid surface. Lastly, it would be helpful if the glass sliding door in the living room area was occasionally cleaned as the view of the ponds and the water fowl is a fabulous feature. These are minor concerns and these issues did not effect our stay in any way. We would certainly recommend Superstition Lakes and this particular unit.

We were very pleased with this property. We needed to arrive a day earlier and were able to make the change on a last minute request.

We have wanted to stay in this area, and this property checked all our boxes. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not available; but because of this, the management was kind enough to refund part of the rent. We loved being able to walk to more than a dozen restaurants. It was a very good experience and a property we would consider renting again.

The property was just as described and was very clean. Easy check in and check out. This location was great for us; nice access to the Mesa area. It was a great week long stay.

Check-in/out was flawless. Questions that arose were handled by the friendly staff immediately. No issues! The unit was clean and well equipped. As private as you want it. Lots to do in the area. Great location. Would stay here again!

This property exceeded all my expectations it was in a great location I had a beautiful pond in front of the property it was quiet very well furnished and Exceptionally clean I highly recommend anybody to stay at this VRBO

Was a great spot to get away from the WI cold. Easy access to many AZ sites and property was as advertised.

Great experience and would like to come back

Nice unit in a safe area, however, the unit is in need of updates and tlc...new screen and glass doors, new couches and new rug and needs a deep cleaning, painting, attention to some details. Beds were comfortable. Unit well stocked in baths, kitchen. For our 10 day stay, we were able to be comfortable, the unit is very acceptable. It's a quiet subdiv, seemed like it was mostly empty during our stay. Pool is great. Nice patio area faces 2 ponds. Walking distance to ice cream shop! Very nice to have enclosed garage. We'd stay again, maybe an upper level next time, 3 bedroom, just for more space, off the ground level. Good location for visiting the entire area.

We extended our stay because we loved it so much. Sadly this unit was not available but another in the complex was! Highly recommend

Overall property stay has very nice location, balcony review was awesome. Vicinity of Golf course and other areas are amazing. Whole family has enjoyed stay and apartment living in Arizona. Apartment was nicely decorated with great selection in paintings and everything seems to be well thought through in terms of furniture and decoration. Overall experience is awesome. Looking forward for repeat stay.

My 2 kiddos and I headed to AZ to visit my snow birding family. We loved having the pool and walking trails, and so much nearby! Being from Alaska we enjoyed the AC and being on the water. We will for sure be looking into this location for a future visit.

This condo was wonderful! Perfect location and beautiful ponds right out the back door. We loved having breakfast on the patio and walking around the many ponds. Pool area was awesome too! My only suggestion is that they put a foam mattress topper on the bed, then we’d come back for sure! The entire unit was well stocked with everything we needed.

The property was as pictured. In reality, the condo is in need of updating - countertops and floors being the most outdated. We ended up buying several things - mat for back door, new dish clothes for kitchen, 4 light bulbs for fixtures that were burned out when we got there. Although surface clean, I had to spend some time cleaning things like screens (full of dead bugs), floor boards. There were missing slates on the blinds, with the bedroom blinds not opening at all. The seal was broken in both slider windows, which should be replaced, as well as the living room screen. As noted, it was as pictured, but showed a lack of attention to details. It was comfortable, but tired. We would come back, if these details are remedied.

So enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked with everything that was needed. Perfect location. Saddened we had to leave early due to Covud-19. Hopefully we'll be able to return some day.

This was the best VRBO experience we have had. The location was fantastic. Many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other shopping within easy walking distance. We loved walking the paths around the many ponds/lakes. There was a pond right outside our patio door. Hiking opportunities were a short drive away. The condo was very functional and clean. We will definitely try to return, for more than three weeks next time.

We stayed at this property for two weeks. It was centrally located to meet all our needs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchenware we needed for cooking. There were lots of extra towels and bedding. One thing that truly surprised me was the lack of low flow water faucets. I would have thought in a desert this would be required. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the best experience ever. The manager, staff, condo and location was perfect.
