We had a fantastic time at this home!

The house was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well-stocked, tastefully decorated and in a wonderful location. The hot tub was nice and clean. The only thing we thought could be an improvement was more deck chairs so we could all sit outside together.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. A short walk to the ocean. Located close to shopping. This propery served our purpose well for our family

All details were thought of in this beautiful home. Plenty of linens for bedrooms and bathrooms. Well taken care of home in an excellent location. We loved staying here!

The home was just right for our family group. Wish it was a little closer to the beach, but otherwise was a lovely, spacious home and wonderful place for our weekend stay.

This house was just amazing. It had everything we needed and way more! Our kids loved the game room in the garage, the adults loved the balconies and how large the rooms were, and the location is great. We would love to stay here again!

Pros: The home is in great neighborhood, great for big families, Beach is down the street, Game arcade is up the street great for kids to have fun, house does include a propane grill (We filled up) The rooms are nice and clean bathrooms are pretty clean and presentable, pretty much what you would expect from a vacation house. Cons: Too many Stairs, Not enough toilet paper for the bathrooms. The main bathroom in the hall way, bathtub is too high for my pregnant wife and children to get in. Final thoughts: Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, also there is deer around beautiful to ses up close. Would highly recommend checking this place out.

good location. kitchen on 3rd floor sucked. Had to do a lot of cleanup plus pay a huge fee for cleaning. would not rent this again. Jackie

We had a great time staying here. Close to Arcade Bar, Beach, and casino. Family and Friends gathered for New Years weekend. Kitchen is on top floor. Lots of stairs to haul everything up 3 flights of stairs. Basement was chilly and top floor was warm. Hot tub was great! We all had a wonderful time!

The house meet and exceeded the expectations.

Rented this house for a 30th birthday celebration with about 12-14 people. Great deck and used the grill to make dinner. Nice hot tub although it would be awesome if it was on the top deck so we could access without going through a room. Vrbo messaging was glitching at time of check in so we had to call to get check in instructions and Corbin was very gracious to help us out. Close to the beach, just a nice walk down the street. Good amount of parking space at house/ nearby for large groups.

Needed to get away from it all, and this place definitely delivered. Check in and out was super simple, location was central to every outing we planned, and coming back to a home that was well put together and maintained was a breath of fresh air when looking to relax for the entire weekend. Would definately recommend staying here!

Overall, the property is great, our family enjoyed it. The property owners were wonderful and so easy to work with. One important thing to keep in mind, the front door is on the bottom floor, the basement really. There is a large bedroom with bunkbeds down there with access to the hot tub and a full bath. You go up one large set of stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are and another full bath. Then you go up 2 more short flight of stairs to the third floor where the living room and kitchen are. That is a LOT of stairs to haul all the things up (especially the kitchen) and I am a fit person. Also, if you have small children, there is no way you would hear them leave the front door. This happened to us! SO SCARY! One great feature we loved was the arcade a block away, perfect for the older kids to walk to. Also, the beach access was close, and the beach was quiet. Overall, we loved it. I wouldn't rent the house again because of the stairs and safety concerns with small children. The hot tub outside the bedroom meant for kids, not so great. Would be a great house for a larger group with older kids/teens... and with a bunch of strong guys to haul everything up and down the stairs for you.

Even better than expected! The house was clean and well stocked. Close to the beach and town! And an amazing view from the balconies to top it all off!

The house was nice; it was very clean. It provided adequate lodging for our family - kids and grandkids. The kitchen and living room on the top floor were extremely nice and the only area where one could view the ocean. Overall, it met our needs, and we would stay again.

Had a family reunion with out of state family. This property was perfect for us all. We enjoyed playing games, hot tubing, and being together. Thank you so much.

We had a nice time in Lincoln City. The location of this property is great. There were a few things wrong that were inconvenient. One of the bathroom sinks was broken, one of the lock boxes for the keys didn't work, and the kitchen wasn't as equipt as other VRBOs I've stayed at. There are a TON of stairs in this property. I was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We gathered with 4 of our children and their families together from CA, WA, ID, AR, and IL, to let the cousins bond and enjoy the beach. This was a great location. Easy walks to the beach, parks nearby, a bit of a view, and lots of room to accommodate everyone. Grandkids range from 1 to 19, and the only problem could have been the 3 stories. We planned ahead and brought a walk through gate for the living area floor and a solid gate to put up at nighttime and nap time for the bedroom his family used. Multi floors gave room for the different age groups to separate to play. The open concept top floor had a great kitchen and dining area. We would stay here again.

This house was great for our large group. The beach was a short walk, and the house is right in the middle of the town strip, so easy access to everything. The communal areas were large and comfortable. As with any vacation rental property, there were a few minor things (the tv in the garage/game area didn’t seem to work, the walls were thin, etc) but overall it was a great place and we enjoyed our stay!

This property exceeded our expectations! Lots of room for the entire family to gather together and also to find a quiet place when the chaos was too much. The grandkids loved it. It was the perfect place for our Oregon coast family vacation.

We loved the couch!! There weren’t fitted or flat sheets available for the extra beds which was a disappointment.

This house is great for multiple families! 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Huge gathering spot on the top floor with a large table and kitchen. Great location - close to everything in Lincoln City and walking distance to the beach.

This house has 12 sleeping spots and if sleeping on a couch then can fit 14, otherwise 12 is the limit but I loved the place and will definatly come back to this house again.

The house was clean, spacious, and included everything we needed. Spent my birthday here with family and would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our family! We were all very comfortable. It was well equipped but was short on glassware. We notified the owner and he said more was on the way. The only other issue was some broken window coverings. Overall we loved the location and would stay again!

The house was perfect for ours girls getaway. We all had our own space but hung out and enjoyed the great couch and kitchen. Very comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The hot tub was also enjoyed. This is a very nice place to stay!!!

For a family with older children, say 4 and up, this would be a great place to stay. However, we were constantly monitoring our toddlers due to the two flights of stairs (kitchen and great room areas on top floor).

The four bedrooms provided ample space for us to spread out and the main living space was large enough for all of us to gather for activities.The kitchen was well stocked, we did a load of dishes after every meal, but there was enough plates, silverware, etc, that we didn't need to.The view was beautiful; While sitting outside, you could see, hear, and smell the ocean. One morning, while sitting in the hot tub, we saw a deer wander through the neighboring brush.My only negative was that the kitchen was on the third floor. I'm lazy and didn't like carrying the food upstairs.I would defiantly recommend this house.
