La posizione era ottima, vicino al centro

Al momento del check-in devo pagare 200€ di cauzione SENZA ALCUN PREAVVISO, che poi ti ridaranno dopo più di un mese. I muri erano talmente sottili che riuscivamo a sentire ogni movimento degli altri ospiti, soprattutto se andavano in bagno il rumore era talmente forte da svegliarci la notte

Per una sola notte di 5 persone in due camere il costo di 200 euro è congruo, ma CAUZIONE DI 400 EURO da restituirsi comodamente da parte loro fra 15 giorni lavorativi ossia quasi un mese (se non chiudono prima) UNA VERA ASSURDITÀ! I miei soldi fermi un mese per cosa? Per garantire arredi che valgono molto meno? O per ingrassare l'organizzazione con la valuta della loro banca? Se non è truffa, poco ci manca!

In entrata ,non segnalato,un gradino di 10/15 cm.,un mobile ricavato con due Palle t,nessun armadio ,4 grucce appese a una sbarra all'interno di una struttura che se avessero messo le ante poteva forse essere definito armadio,nessun cassetto,doccia con gradino non proprio agibile!!!

The room was modern and clean! There was a Safe in the room which was good. Location was also good which has easy access to the city centre.

The receiptionist lady ANNA was unfriendly, unwelcoming and disrespectful. We asked for an information which she denied to tell us and told us to read them by ourselves. The lady was with no smile, no friendliness, no respect and I think she's not a fit for recieptionist. City tax will be taken only in cash, was not mentioned by ClaPa message before Check-in, so I had to go out again to withdraw cash where I had to pay extra charge as commission. Then, she asked for €200 in such a way which made us angry! Really disappointed at the very beginning! Then, lets talk about the property: The room was really tiny and not the one which we booked on Booking.com! The toilet had an unpleasent smell the whole stay (might be drainage issue) which was really disgusting. My wife almost felt like vomiting everytime she went into the toilet. As the recieptionist was rude, we didn't feel like talking to them again so we just ignored the issue. Not recommended as the room is very tiny which was not worth the price! No balcony and no shared kitchen!! We had to refill our water bottle from the toilet sink as there are no kitchen and water facility in the property :/ Not happy at all.

Las instalaciones no se encuentran en el mismo lugar de la recepción. Dejan un depósito de tu tarjeta de crédito que espero me devuelvan o booking responda por ello. La habitación (muy muy pequeña) se encuentra en un edificio contiguo que es de oficinas donde adaptaron para habitaciones, las puertas son de corredera que a pesar de tener cierre o chapa electrónica o digital no da confianza porque la puerta de corredera no cierra correctamente, tuve mala suerte o las personas que van no respetan mucho el silencio o dormir de otros. Creo que está sobrevalorado este lugar

the location is good but they have different buildings. my friend booked same hotel for being near me but she was about 500 m far from us

the room was cold. there was an air conditional but the barthoom was still cold. they were using too much flavoring agent till headache. besides, leaving 1 peace of baggage was 4€. so, if you have full set of lagguage (1 big, 1 small, 1 backpack) you need to pay 12€ before check in and 12€ after check out. it was unexpected expenses. if i knew before, i would leave the bags in other hotel's store where they asked 5€ for all items (i immagine for their customers it would be free of charge). + you pay city tax per person per day. at the end, considering all this, the hotel is expensive.

Estaba bien situado

Estaba dejado, con humedades, las juntas de la ducha rotas y olia mucho a humedad, no estaba cuidado y se notaba que la limpieza que se hacia era justa.

Staff were friendly, room was very private with a rooftop view of the sea. Great location, great price.

They require you to leave a €200 deposit which seems a bit excessive if you’re only staying for one night.

Tutto da migliorare, altrimenti questa struttura è destinata a chiudere. SOPRATUTTO SAPPIATE DI DOVER DARE 200 EURO DI CAPARRA! NON E' INDICATO NELLE CONDIZIONI! Per questo Booking dovrebbe rimuovere questa catena dai suoi collaboratori. Chiedono una carta di credito e prelevano 200 euro, quindi chissà se questi soldi torneranno. Tra l'altro per una camera che ho pagato 35 euro. Mi era capitato in passato che mi chiedessero una carta per eventuali acquisti o danni, ma senza prelevare nulla. Invece qui prelevano 200 euro senza nessuna garanzia di ritorno di questi soldi. Davvero assurdo. In più stanza minuscola. La stanza era dentro un appartamento, si apriva la porta principale e si arrivava in un corridoio pieno di stanze. Porta davvero sottile e si sentivano rumori delle altre stanze, compreso ingresso altri viaggiatori. La doccia presentava diverse macchie di ruggine e il soffione si muoveva ogni volta che scaricavamo il water. Aldilà di queste caratteristiche della stanza (non avevamo alcuna pretesa avendo speso 35 euro e dovendo soggiornare una notte), la cosa davvero assurda è la caparra. Come noi altri viaggiatori si lamentavano ed erano sconvolti

L'ambiente moderno e curato anche se andrebbe rinfrescato un po'. Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo.

Con le finestre fronte strada il rumore non fa dormire, ci vogliono i tappi. Personalmente, per una struttura così attenta ai dettagli, metterei un uniforme per il personale del front desk e investirei in qualche corso di formazione sul approccio al cliente.

Pagare 8 euro per lasciare le valigie al check in per essere arrivati 1 ore e mezza prima dell orario previsto. Mai successo in nessuno hotel in cui siamo stati!!!!!!!

Horrible staff. I was treated very rudely without minimum respect when I checked in. Double standard from the receptionist who treated nicely an older couple. Because we were two younger persons, we were treated very off-handed and condescendingly. They would not give me the key before I paid the 6 euro tax (tourist tax or no key, even though I told her I just needed to put my luggage and go and get the money!), they knocked on my door at 10 am sharp despite the fact that at check-in I had requested that the check-out be at 10.30 and they told me it was OK. A really bad experience

Firat of all, the fact that for a 1 night stay they request, as their policy, a credit card as a garantee of € 200 euros for damage (no other hotel and b&b ever done this before, especially if you consider that I paid the room 2/3 days in advance). Moreover, they suggest to do an online check-in to speed up the process but instead I ended up waiting for more than 15 mins to just get the keys... and finally, they gave me the keys without specifying the address so naturally I went to the address that was in my booking (the Loggia) and keys weren't working. I went back to them and they said from their end they could see a different address in my booking (???) Not sure what kind of system they have but it's bad. I was really annoyed by the whole experience. I would not recommend at all!

Checking in was very tiring, not very good directions. Office and rooms different premises.

It was clean and the location was good.

The toilet didn’t work and the reception had closed already. It really ruined our stay. Also the fact that the reception closes already at 9pm was tricky since our train was late.

Large room

No privacy with blinds or shutters only curtains ~ no privacy, net curtains beneath. opposite neighbours Can see directly into the room. No chair to sit on just a hard wooden stool. The building where the boutique is situated, looks tired and unpleasant. The staff when checking us in did not smile, she looked miserable and rattled off directions to the accommodation textbook style, not a good start.

The hotel room had a air conditioning. The bed was comfartable. The room was clean.

The staff at the reception, especially the lady named angelica, behaved very rudely and badly. The other lady with brown hair and slightly overweight glasses behaved extremely badly. the staff is very rude. demoralized us. I do not recommend that you ever stay. There are hotels with nicer people. prefer there.

Location and room are really good! In addition, as a solo traveler I felt comfortable.

Everything is fine, but I wish the staff could take action a little faster. I had limited time and dealing with only one client for a very long time. I had to wait almost half an hour to drop off my luggage.

A common thing I hear for Naples, however the door to get in was so so so hard to open. Myself and others struggled. I also didn’t like that check in was in a different location to where I stayed

Wi-Fi worked well and there was a sea view

Advertised as a boutique hotel but it’s just a reception area where we were directed a room in another building which was small and not very well kept. The building itself was filthy and smelly. Would not book with this again.

Location

They have more than one property in Napoli. Even if they asked my reservation number at the check in and I booked a deluxe king room, they gave me a standard room in a different location. I figured it out and asked it when I saw the room. They said it was a mistake, changed my room and made me loose more than an hour for this. Also they didn’t put the wifi information at the enterance or in the room in the second location. In the morning I had to go out and find wifi to text them. And when I asked for 2 extra hours/late check out, they wanted to charge 25€. They are making mistakes and don’t take any responsibility for it and blame you for the things. Horrible customer service. Tricky management.
