This beautiful property was even better in person than the fabulous pictures. 11 girlfriends from high school came to celebrate our 65th birthdays. Christine was so sweet leaving a Happy Birthday banner and birthday hats beautifully displayed on the kitchen island along with a very special note. Christine was a dream to deal with. We all enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. We spent a lot of time enjoying the gorgeous heated pool. We were very spoiled by this beautiful home. Every room was maticulously decorated and extremely comfortable. We all would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Christine, for your fabulous hospitality. Carol and the girls...❤️

We just returned from a family vacation, 8 adults/5 teens. House is stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. Owners Christine and Steve have thought of everything and were very quick to respond. They went above and beyond with all special touches. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket filled with lots of goodies. Sleeping - Basement had 3 sleeper sofas, queen size bed, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer. Plenty of blankets/pillows were provided. There was a TV and easy access to the backyard. 1st floor had queen size bed and bathroom with shower. Even though it was close to the living area, it was still quiet and private. 2nd floor had 2 beautiful queen size bedrooms, spacious closets. Full bath with tub/shower combo in hallway. Master bedroom was awesome. Coffee bar, very big closet, tv, beautiful veranda with ceiling fan, big full bath with tub/shower combo, vanity and double sinks. Master had thermostat to control the heat/air on the 2nd floor. Eating - The kitchen was big, clean and well stocked. Plenty of cabinet and pantry space. Living area had tv with plenty of room to sit. Lots of board games were provided. 2nd thermostat is near the kitchen to control heat/air on the 1st floor. BBQ was huge and came with spare tank of gas. Porch is big with ceiling fans and plenty of seating to eat, relax and gaze at the lake. There is a freezer outside which was extremely useful. Fun - The pool/pool area was amazing. Pool was kept at a nice temperature, sparkling clean, many rafts and noodles. Sauna is nice and spacious. Fire pit is perfect. Has a lot of seating and large supply of firewood. Bring bug spray, but if you forget there is some on the main floor. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are in great shape. Getting into the water was easy using the dock. Large supply of life vests under the deck. We fished along the lake. Caught some small perch and small mouth bass. Yard was great for outdoor fun. Kan Jam, ping pong, corn hole and badminton were provided. Yard gets great shade in late afternoon making it perfect for tournaments. General Area - There are antique shops nearby. Dollar General up the road has everything. We did not leave for anything other than to get ice. The house was too comfy to leave. It felt like we were at a resort. We had an amazing week and would not hesitate to recommend the Oasis to anyone who needs to leave the world behind for a week.

Our two families with four young adult children (17 - 20) really enjoyed our stay at this home. Christine, the owner, was very attentive, and she and her husband truly went out of their way to ensure their guests had everything they need, and provided extras above and beyond what we expected. (i.e. fully stocked Keurig, farm fresh eggs, nice toiletries in bathrooms. and an immaculate home, yard, and pool area). The home is extremely private, and sits on a well-landscaped 2+ acres, and provided the perfect spot for our 4 day family vacation, which included tons of time lounging by the huge pool, in between kayak/paddle board excursions on the lake to search for wildlife visiting the lake from the woods nearby (deer, snapping turtle, bald eagles). We also had a great evening after dinner around the fire pit for the mandatory s'mores night. It's a great home for a family vacation!

We just got back from staying at this most lovely house in White Lake. My siblings and spouses came from California and us from Philadelphia for a family reunion in the area. Christine and Steve's home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show on site. Christine always responded very quickly to answer any questions we had and met all of our needs. We used the kayaks, the paddle boards, and the canoe out on the reservoir. The pool was crystal clear and we enjoyed many hours using it along with the floats provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals while there. My brother loved the very large grille outside as well. There were so many seating areas outside to gather on the porch or on the lawn and the very large fire pit outside was the nighttime favorite spot to be. I can honestly say that this home was the nicest we have stayed at of all other VRBOs we have tried. Five Plus stars from us on this fabulous home!

My family and I enjoyed a fun-filled week at Christine’s amazing Oasis. The hosts thought through every last detail to ensure that we would be comfortable and feel well cared for. The house has an excellent lay out and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked. We spent our days in the heated pool, paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake… Christine even left fishing poles for our use. I booked our visit for next year before the week’s end. I couldn’t recommend this property and the hosts more enthusiastically.

We stayed here in 2020 and loved it so much we reserved it again for 2021 as soon as we checked out. Just like last year the property was beautiful, clean, and well supplied, and there were even some nice upgrades from the previous year. We and our young kids had a wonderful time playing in the pool and lake. The back deck was perfect for sitting and chatting after the kids went to bed. We went on some very pretty hikes in the area and visited a great kid-friendly horse farm. Christine is an excellent host who is always friendly, responsive, and helpful. We can’t recommend this place enough!

This house was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better. It was plenty big enough for the whole family and we loved utilizing the big yard. There were paddle boards and kayaks there for us to use, as well as access to the lake right from the back yard. Christina was very easy to get ahold of throughout the trip to answer any questions we had and was extremely attentive. She truly cares about her guest and made our stay stress free and enjoyable. She goes above and beyond to make her guest comfortable with the extra toiletries and basket of snacks she leaves for her guests. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

This was our second time renting the property. We knew after the first night of the last time we were there in the winter that we wanted to return. This time we went in summer so we could enjoy the amazing pool!!! Christine is a sweetheart and made the process of everything so easy ! The house is beautiful, immaculate, and has everything you need! It’s decorated so nicely and really has a comfortable feel. We enjoyed everything about our trip! Thank you Christine, it’s been another pleasure!

Christine the property manager was amazing from the beginning of the whole process. Great instructions, told us everything we need to know. House was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could need! We loved it so much and booked it for June and we can’t wait to go back. Great location and great view !!!

After many months of social distancing and finally having all of our adult children home, we longed for a weekend away together. Christine and Steve’s house was the perfect place to do just that! We enjoyed the holiday lights at Bethel Woods, which was a short drive from the home, and a few other activities around the area. Mostly we just enjoyed the home and being together. We have been utilizing vacation homes for about 15 years now and all agreed that Christine and Steve are by far the most hospitable hosts we have ever rented with! They go above and beyond to make sure that their guests are well stocked and cared for. The house itself is a treasure - with all of its space and beautiful decor! The beds are comfortable and the linens are not skimpy at all. We can’t wait to come back during the warmer months of summer to really enjoy the lake and all of the amenities of this wonderful home!!

We stayed here in October of 2020.......eight adults and 4 children. The layout of this home is fabulous providing space and privacy for all. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully......special touches everywhere! We never left the property......we didn't have to. There is plenty to do between the lake and the pool. We were blessed with incredible weather for the entire length of our stay and there is something absolutely magical about swimming in October! The pool is one of the nicest I have ever been in and it was used every single day. Christine is wonderful and responsive and her kindness and generosity of spirit shine through!! Every one of my family members said they would love to come back again......and are already looking at our calendar for next year! This house is a real gem!!

Wonderful. Host was totally available for all my millions of questions. Not much to do in the area but there is no reason to leave the pool and lake.

Our family spent a week at this lake front oasis and it was everything we hoped for. The property was exactly as described and pictured and exceeded our expectations. We entered the ornate iron gate and drove up the long driveway to our private vacation spot. The home was recently redone and well appointed. The house was also well stocked and had plenty of comfortable seating. The bedroom on the first floor near a full bath made for a great guest room. The two upstairs bedrooms were great for our boys and the master bedroom is spectacular, with a private porch and views of the lake and pool. The property was nicely landscaped and the new heated pool was amazing. The seating and umbrellas around the pool enabled us to spread out and relax. The new sauna was a nice bonus. The dock enabled us to make frequent use of the kayaks and stand up paddleboards. The lake is actually the Toronto Reservoir, which is huge, but quiet, calm and spectacularly scenic. Christine was amazing. She was caring, available and responsive. She wanted to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. We highly recommend this property.

This house was absolutely incredible! Every detail in the house was beautifully curated and the location was awesome. I would recommend this house to everyone I meet!

We are a family with 3 young children who had spent the past 4 months isolating at home due to COVID-19. We rented this house with some dear friends, who also have two young children. We were hoping this vacation would give us a break from the monotony of the past few months, but it was so much more than a break! We can't emphasize enough how perfect of a visit this was. The home is newly renovated, filled with high quality appliances and furniture, and beautifully decorated. The homeowners left touches of hospitality throughout the home. The homeowners were also available throughout the stay to answer any questions, and also to text advice for the kids, such as, "feel free to pick and eat the blueberries from the blueberry bushes by the pool!" The pool is luxurious. We were in it every day. The lake and dock are lovely as well, with easy kayaking available that we very much enjoyed taking advantage of. Although the outside of the home with the pool and lake are an obvious draw, we loved time indoors as well. The master bedroom has access to a gorgeous balcony overlooking the lake, from which we saw a bald eagle fly by multiple times. The open kitchen and living/dining area with large windows make it easy for a large group to gather. We are requesting to book again for next summer already :)

This was the most amazing property and home. Every detail was curated meticulously. Design is wonderful, pool was a game changer. Absolutely stunning home with wonderful, attentive owners. Each room is beautiful and the house is extremely well maintained. The owners were very communicative and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a terrific stay. We can’t wait to go back!
