It’s a safe building, nice neighborhood, new and clean.

there’s a construction right next to the building, it’s very loud during the day. The first unit they offered me was being painted, they told me they will be done with painting shortly. The smell was horrible. Thankfully, they offered me a different place upon my request.

Left me waiting in the rain for almost an hour with 2 heavy suitcases. Did not respond to me ringing the door bell multiple times, declined my calls and failed to answer to my messages until after I had left the property and let them know that I would be sharing videos of me waiting in the rain with booking.com. In the end I was drenched in pouring rain, had to look for alternative accommodation and foot the cab fare to and fro. Keep in mind this happened at 4:30pm (their check-in is until 8pm). Worst ever experience on this website. Booking.com haven't replied to my messages either.

Size of rooms seemed on the small end of spectrum

If you are not local person, I wouldn;t recommend this property. You cannot pay for the property with a card, it has to be transferred from a local bank account, and they do not have a reception desk.

For starters, no one around the location knew that was a hotel, it was hard to find, and it doesn't have clear signage. There is no elevator, and the property has 5 floors, I happened to stay in the 4th floor, and with two huge bags, it was a great inconvenience that I wish I would have known about before I would've booked. The bed and room were very small, and uncomfortable.
