Cute place and great location!

Everything was perfect. Clean. Beautiful. Well equipped. Close proximity to ocean and grocery store. Quiet street. Outside patio a plus. Just wonderful!

This was a great stay! Location is amazing. Close to the beach, grocery store, ect. The only complaint we had was the noise upstairs. It was pretty loud at times and early in the morning. Other than that, great stay!

Pictures definitely did not do it justice. Just what we needed for our long weekend away! Beach was across the street, grocery store a short walk away next to awesome food locations as well! We were able to ride bikes everywhere and easily get to any spot we wanted! Highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic Newport Beach vacation rental. It's the most prime location. Walking distance to everything. Easy checkin and very clean. Don't hesitate on this rental.

Wonderful stay.

When we checked in there was a massive amount of flys everywhere. We contacted the property manager and we’re told to keep the doors closed. Coming from Arizona we don’t rent a beach house to keep the doors closed and ESP when there is no AC. Finally after a few emails, I called and they sent someone who also saw the massive amount of flys. They said it was the trash can, and he hosed off the front. We didn’t even want to spend time in the house because of the flys. Bring your own soap because they put it in a ketchup bottle looking jar- gross! We will not be staying here again. The owner lives up stairs and we didn’t feel like we have privacy.

Great place. I’m from Newport. This was not a vacation. In town for family reason. Perfect for the occasion. Parking is hard, but it’s the beach, to be expected. Can hear the neighbor on the phone and vacuuming, but it’s the beach, to be expected. Perfect for two adults.

Very comfortable and clean. Fully furnished, kitchen was stocked with all the amenities. My wife and I cooked a thanksgiving meal. Board walk for bike rides across the street. Overall a great location to all the locations of Newport, balboa and Huntington Beach.

The location was a nice distance from the beach and well located from the grocery store as well as restaurants. The only issue is there were some things that were not what they should have been and I did leave a list of those things when turning in the unit keys last night (08/28/2021). I hope they fix/clean what is needed and keep a closer eye on such things in the future. If it was not for those issues, I would have given 5 stars.

Check-in & check-out procedure v. cumbersome - prop. mgmt office a mere 25-minute walk across PCH1. So if you don't have a car, prepare to walk. I didn't mind the walk but it's not a great way to start and end a vacation. Location is perfect. Owner lives upstairs from the unit - friendly but always around - nosy. Be prepared to bring everything! Salt, pepper, coffee maker, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap .... Listing states twin roll away available - it was not available and be prepared to pay for it as it is not included in the price. Definitely not a 4 person apt. as advertised. Cleaning fee is included but be prepared to not only wash the dishes (which is ok), but put everything away when you leave. The prop. mgmt co. was the biggest disappointment. Location and cleanliness of the unit was good.

This beach bungalow is nicely decorated, large enough for a small family and in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping etc. The front patio is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by, but the neighborhood is quite and street parking was easier than we expected. Would love to come back again!

This house was so cute and convenient to the beach. It’s small, so I would definitely say it’s 4 person (2 adults and 2 kids max) more than 2 adults staying would be a tight fit. We would definitely recommend this for a small family.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 8 nights and found ourselves overwhelmingly disappointed in the whole experience for a multitude of reasons. 1. Cleanliness: where do I begin. I found a used, dirty bandaid stuck to the glass candle by the front door upon entry. They supplied 3, unmatched wine glasses all of which were filthy and had to be washed again. The patio table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I had to use the solution from under the sink to wipe it down and the paper towels were black after I was done. 2. Lack of supply: we were given 2 rolls of toilette paper for an 8-night stay so we had to buy our own after that. There weren't any basic necessities like body wash or plastic baggies available in the house either. 3. Check-in process: the woman from the property management company was friendly, allowed me to check in late and made arrangements to have the keys in the lock bock when we arrived which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we were still forced to drive 10 minutes away to sign a one-page document stated we wouldn't smoke, have more people than agreed upon, etc in the house. I've stayed in several rentals in Newport throughout the years and have never had to plan my day around signing a piece of paper to "officially" check-in. That was a huge inconvenience as we were both working from home for the week and had to interrupt our workday to sign something that could have easily been done digitally.

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway to Newport!! This cute little place was perfect for our family! Very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the grocery store. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely choose this place again!
