Nice home from home, garden + barbecue great, friendly landlady/-lord

Partly old plugs that did not work with our European adapters,

No breakfast but the location was exactly what we wanted. The host and hostess were so friendly and kind.

peace and quiet no noise great views owners were great , real americans.we were happy staying here.but it needs more plugs in kitchen floors were out of level but all in all the location made the difference

The hosts were super friendly and responsive. We were able to get in touch with the hosts almost immediately if we had any questions. The location of the property was very convenient. for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

The property was a bit dated.

The house is very close to Bryce Canyon, only 10 minutes drive. 5 minutes from Mossy Cave. Grocery store is just around the corner. House was clean and comfortable, we were 3 adults and 2 teens and we had planty of room. The owners Marie and Scott are the most charming people we met. They invited us to their farm and shared with us fun facts about their lives and area. I Recommend this house if you are visiting this area!!!

Close to restaurants, yet a very quiet neighborhood. Close to Bryce Canyon.

Having a Washer/Dryer was great. Provided everything…coffee, detergent, paper towels, shampoo, etc. Marie and Scott were so friendly.
