Great location, easy to get to the beach and pool. Quite, relaxed atmosphere. I loved the fact there's a ceiling fan in the room. Comfortable layout of the room. BIG screen TV is a nice touch as well. Unit was clean and accommodating for our needs. Kitchen was nice with a good size refrigerator.
The bed was harder than I am used to sleeping on so the wife and I struggled a little there, but I understand that not everyone sleeps the same as we do.

It was not far to get to the beach and the pool was nice size.
The lock on the door battery was low. Towels were limited. No balcony.

Location, room was clean and every thing worked. Pool was clean and large. The walk to the beach was easy. Would return but would make sure an elevator was available. Loved the nearness to St. Augustine FL
Our room was up two flights of stairs. My husband has COPD and on oxygen at night. It was difficult to carry his equipment and our luggage up stairs and down to the car.
Asked for assistance, but was told sorry could not help. Room could use some updates

Property is closed to beach.
advertising says it is condo but it is single room maybe 15x12 feet with windows AC very noisy from one side other side fridge is noisy it tiny room.There is not closet.

The bed was TOO comfortable! Hard to leave such luxurious accommodations.

location on the beach. it was clean.
we were not oceanfront. the smoke detector was not attached to the wall, nightstand lamp wasn’t working kept flickering. ceiling fan did not work and outlet by sink did not work. no dresser to put clothes in.

everything in the unit is very old and musty most items looks like 1980’s
the Shower is spacious but water temp is lukewarm at best

Very quick response from property management. Allowed us to go inside before set check in time. Beach access on site and pool was very clean and warm.

The air conditioner in the unit 238-Was not cold & we had to clean the filter. The air wasn’t good in room.

The location was great and the price was good. Host was very responsive to questions. We had a plan for our time there but there was also several flyers for local attractions, menus, etc. Room was tidy.
The room has an "air conditioner" smell, not bad but noticeable when you first go in. Some of the hardware (door hinges, etc) throughout has some rust-like staining. Walls, etc show some wear but no worse than many hotels.
I thought the bed was fine, my b.f. thought it was a bit hard. Pillows were okay. My only issue was the bottom of the shower is slippery so be careful.

Room had a musty order, wasn't as clean as I would have expected, door entry key pads did not work well, and cleaning fee was charged, even though they had you strip linens and towels before you left as well as remove the garbage, all of which should have been covered by the cleaning fee.

Location was about 20 mins from everything. Beach was just a couple of steps away too & not crowded at all!
Beds could've been softer & TV choices were not the best.

Just being near the beach! The weather was great! Great birthday celebration for my wife!
The accommodations were fine, we truly enjoyed our stay. It just wasn't long enough.

I enjoy the location, right on the beach. The room was cozy, clean and we had no issues getting in with pin. I enjoyed the fact, that the room was also equipped with everything we could possibly need, dishes, liquid soap, coffee maker and even beach items and an umbrella. Really enjoyed the place.
