The view was amazing! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed

The only issue we had was that the second bedroom mattress was not comfortable. Our guests said it was too soft and made sleeping tough

Great location, but substandard condo conditions...see below.

This older condo looks like it has not had any maintenance in a long time. The entire unit needs a DEEP CLEAN, not just the visible appearance. Under the furniture, bed, and behind anything and everything, the first thing we saw as we walked in the front door was a large ball of hair! Not a particularly inviting first impression. The floors were filthy, garbage can had food debris and black dirt in it, food. We needed to clean some of it in order to be somewhat comfortable during our stay, but this isn't just surface dirt - its ingrained dirt that hasn't been addressed for some time. The whole unit needs a deep clean if you are going to charge these prices...not cheap. The sofas were uncomfortable, and stained and most of the sofa cushions had rips in them. We had to replace lightbulbs, batteries, and were constantly cleaning to make up for the filth, dust, spider webs, and spiders! The upstairs carpet needs to be replaced, at the very least it needs a professional shampoo. We certainly did not feel comfortable walking in the house without something on our feet. The bedroom tv's are old, old, old, looks like from the 70's..not a good picture and not hooked up properly...remotes everywhere, but not labeled so it is confusing. The downstairs tv remote doesn't work because the batteries have acid and rust, so tv needed to be controlled manually. We wanted to BBQ, as you listing states, however the bbq looks like it has never been cleaned! We cleaned the grill, but the mess on the burners themselves had food, grease, and nastiness that were apparent. Black mold on the downstairs bathroom counter/sink. Some kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils needed be cleaned, batteries replaced, light bulbs replaced. Overall, substandard, even though it is in a great location. This should not have been our responsibility as your guests, nor should we have needed to spend time doing these chores ourselves...not at these prices.

Location is exceptional, as well as restaurants ,shops and friendly residence. Our contact Kelly Partin was wonderful and made sure our stay was the best possible, we would like to send her a special thank you.

Repairs needed in two bathrooms

We loved the stay, very comfortable and quiet. Great location for us. Love the views and everything that we needed was supplied. Thank you.
