Pictures don't do the house justice, beautiful house great spot, will be back

Our group absolutely loved the home. You are impressed before you walk in the door. Once you get inside, Tonia has done an amazing job with decorating the home. You feel both at home but in a space perfect for a family gathering, football weekend, girls trip or fishing trip. There is room for everyone to be together when they want to but to also find their own corner inside or out when required. The furnishings inside and outside are well done. Having the home on the water is great if you want to sit and watch the boats go up and down the canal, fish or just relax and enjoy the view. Having the option of separate beds in several of the rooms was ideal for our friend trip. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen which came with some Louisiana spices and all the appliances and pots and pans to make anything you desired. The pellet grill was put to use as well. Finally, Tonia, our host, was very responsive throughout the booking process, prior to our stay and during our stay. I’d highly recommend this properly for families or groups looking for a place near Lake Charles.

great stay fishing not so but great house

This home is exactly as listed. Plenty of room for a big family. I can be a stickler for cleanliness, but I had no issues here. Nice bonus that they had cleaning supplies available to tidy up, as needed. We made plenty of use of the pool table and the ice machine. The kids LOVED the sauna feature in the master bath. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There were no pellets for the pellet grill, but we were able to get more at Brown’s grocery. Our only complaint, ain’t it is no fault of the property, is that the water gets extremely low right outside of the canal the house is on. We have a deep v 24 foot center console and were extremely close to stuck both days trying to leave. The hosts were very helpful and super easy to communicate with.

After a successful fishing trip with High Tide Charters, we headed to the home to spend the next 3 nights. The house had everything that we needed and was immaculate. Drinking coffee on the front porch was also a highlight of our trip

This is an AMAZING home to stay in. We had so much fun catching crabs in the canal. The owners were amazing and never hesitated in helping us with any questions we had. Mrs. Tonia was amazing. If you looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the hussle and bussle of a city, this is it! Close enough to the gulf that its a short drive but far enough sand isn't everywhere. If it's nature and fishing your after this place is absolutely perfect! We spent a lot of time playing pool when we were at the house. We hope to come back again.

Super nice place!!

Forever memories were made at this house. It is perfect for a large group. The younger crowd was downstairs playing pool and the older crowd was upstairs watching t.v. Then the football crowd was in the poker room watching football. The house is beautiful inside and out and had all of the amenities we needed. Tonia was very helpful and responded quickly. I am thankful for her allowances for some of the accommodations we asked for. I would definitely go back again!! Thank you for everything!

This place is absolutely amazing. I planned a surprise birthday trip for my husband, and invited his friends and their wives. Everyone had a phenomenal time. The house is amazing! There is plenty of room for everyone, and plenty of things to do, including pool table, poker table, outdoor kitchen, and boatslips. The place comes furnished with everything you need for a nice, relaxing getaway. The porches are absolutely lovely and a wonderful place to start the day with a nice cup of coffee. This place is perfect for large groups.

The house is amazing! The location was perfect and the fishing this time of year was off the charts...My Dad told us more than a couple of times that was the best birthday a man could have! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. The only negative thing was there was not a place to clean fish or a sink down stairs...we made do and would definitely book again...Thank you again!

We were looking for a place where 6 men could sleep comfortable and have their own room. This place was it. Very nice house with everything you need from cooking to fishing and plenty of room to entertain. We will be a returning guest for sure.

Our first visit to Louisiana - Crabbing was great entertainment! Nice and quite place to hang out by the dock and eat some bbq from the grill. Rooms are great and decor cool! A++

Had a group of 10 for a bachelor party, great place to stay with plenty of room and could of had more! Highly reccomend.

What an amazing weekend with family! This facility is outstanding!!!! Spacious and accommodating to all our family members. Fishing, crabbing, bbqing just a few of our outdoor activities followed by music, playing pool and board games. We will definitely be back. Kudos to Tonia!!! She is informative, quick communicator and very helpful.

Don’t hesitate to rent this house! We were 5 families, 12 people. Everyone was very comfortable and had their own space!

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed, inside had plenty of space and was super nice and the outside area had plenty of seating for us to enjoy relaxing on the two deck areas. Also had grill, smoker, and fryers we used for cooking our redfish we caught that day. Everything about this place was first class, and the owner was super courteous and made the experience great. She provided great instructions and also helpful information about the area. Have already told several friends about this place and can’t wait to go back again!
