This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that we think should be addressed is new bed linens and pillows, (king bed mattress cover had a blood stain and was gross) and also the carpets need cleaning. There was also very few washcloths. The pools were great. We loved seeing an alligator from the outside patio. The condo is in a great location. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed our return stay to Sunset Beach. This upstairs unit is lovely and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is close to the pool and is a very short drive to the beach. Many great golf courses are located a short drive away, including River’s Edge, Oyster Bay, Glen Dornach, Sea Trails (3), and The Thistle as well as Sandpiper where the unit is located. there are many restaurants in the area with a wide variety of food choices. Owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly if needed. Hope to return again next summer.

Only pros: Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. Nice area to go for walks, just watch out for gators. Good views from front and back porches. Big cons: Carpeting is beyond filthy All flooring NEEDS TO BE REPLACED Mold in 25 year old refrigerator Mold in 25 year old dishwasher that rarely worked Microwave is in the way for cooking and should be a built in Mold in master bathroom Master bathroom door has a hole in it Not enough dishes Kitchen not stocked enough to make meals Drawers are very dirty in the insides All linens NEED to be replaced Master bed is HORRIBLE! Spring poke you if you try to sleep on it Mattress pad cover on master is dirty and has blood on it Blood on coverlet in pink/coral bedroom and the bed by the closet squeaks terribly Only 1 light bill in above ceiling fan light and in master bedroom light Couch can’t be sat on because to are sitting on the frame to the hide a bed. Outdoor patio set needs to be fixed so you can actually sit on the wiggly chairs Other condos in the complex have been completed updated. This condo is in desperate need of a complete updating. All the doors on the inside are covered in dirty handprints. Bathroom faucets were not even cleaned If renovations get made with a new kitchen, flooring, updated bathrooms, master bed and linens then it would be worth it We were not impressed at all.

Perfect place for our family getaway!

Good location in Sunset Village, spacious condo in a nice and quiet area. The pool is close-by if this is your interest. Easy drive to the beach. The screened-in porch overlooking the pond and golf course is great.. Condo is generally well-equipped, beds were very comfortable, good selection of paper & soap products provided. TV was good and lots of stations available. Many seating areas in the living room which is handy if you have a larger group. Appliances all worked well, shower was good. Parking was easy in front of building. Only two negatives - we found the kitchen cleanliness was not up to our expectations and not consistent with the cleaning in the rest of the condo. It was like previous renters put dirty dishes, cookware, and cutlery back in the cupboards after a quick rinse. So hopefully the owner will make sure the cleaners check this going forward. Also the larger living room couch is past its prime and probably should be replaced soon as it’s no longer comfortable. Despite these latter two factors we enjoyed our stay at this home - good value for the price.

Nice peaceful clean neighborhood. Close to everything. Sunset Beach Pier was only a 15 minute drive. Loved the condo!

Beautiful community minutes from Sunset Beach

Nicely decorated. Very close to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. We brought our own travel Keurig…our preference. We would select this property again if the beds were more comfortable. The twin beds were better than the Master bed but still not comfortable.

We had an amazing time! This was our second year at sunset beach and it will be our annual vacation spot!

Property was great, nice location, quite neighborhood near beach,golf and plenty of restaurants. Pools were nice too.

Awesome stay we would love to stay there again.

Loved our stay at Sandpiper Bay. The pool is so close that we jumped in everyday after the beach. Well maintained and newly renovated. Coming back!!!

We use property's like this often. This was one of the nicest ones! I really pray people RESPECT this property so that the owners can continue to offer such a lovely home. Attention to detail from the nicely stocked kitchen, to lotions in the bathrooms, REAL furniture (not run down) & even NICE throw pillows! I know that sounds trivial but I've stayed in so many places that just dont care about these things. I will book again if in the area. Thank you, Tim!!

Lovely upstairs three bedroom unit near condo pool with gorgeous lagoon and golf course view. Cozy and well equipped unit located in condominium complex on Sandpiper Bay Golf Course (27 holes).Very short drive to stores and restaurants as well as Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Owner was easy to work with and responsive to questions. Love this area and enjoyed our stay immensely. Hope to return in the near future.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The location, the property itself, the amount of space, etc. Could not have asked for a better vacation!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and well appointed. It was a convenient distance from many great golf courses and great food. We would highly recommend it!!

We had a very nice stay at this property in February. Wonderful views over the pond and tees to #3 Piper hole. Loved sitting out on the balcony watching the golfers hit their tee shots. Kitchen stocked with basics. Large groups would need to to run dishwasher everyday. Wasn't a problem for the two of us.

The condo was beautifully decorated. We’ve been staying at condos in Sunset Beach for many years and this is the best!

It was an amazing place to stay, the photos show you exactly what you will see when you get there. Beautiful place to stay, quiet, peaceful, relaxing & everything we needed was there. We love staying at this condo! It is always comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is only an 8 minute drive to the beach, and a 1-minute walk to the pool. We've always had everything we've needed there, and the owners are great to work with!

This place was such an amazing find!! We enjoyed everything about it. The location was perfect, the amenities were perfect and it was just an amazing week. Very quiet and peaceful. We are booking again for next April vacation!!

located near a few beaches...none were ever over crowded. Great family get away.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect! Tucked away in a wonderful quiet community, great for walking! The grounds were very well maintained. Two pools to enjoy. Close to beaches! The condo was spacious and very nicely decorated. The owner was very helpful & responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time as a family! The condo is in a great location. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. The pool was close and clean. We could go to several beaches within a few minutes!!

we thought the condo was very spacious did not even use third bedroom. decor was cute but all the carpet needs replaced and the stove could use some attention(burners and bottom drawer hot pads needed washed. some of the dishes are chipped .my husband even changed the furnace filter. only thing in pantry was half bottle of olive oil and bottle of sugar and two old packets of red pepper flakes. only supplied one extra roll of tp in each bathroom for four people. community was clean and pools were nice.

Condo is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Great view of golfers teeing off on a par 3. Very neatly furnished 2nd story condo. All the comforts of home away.

Would like to purchase the property for myself.

This was the best condo we ever rented through VRBO. My wife and I have been using VRBO for the last 12 years. Number one, Tim was a joy to work with. Never encountered a host who is so responsive. Number two, the condo is super clean and well appointed. We felt like we were staying in our own home for the month we were there. Number three, the area is just beautiful with plenty of restaurants, golfing, beaches and shopping. Unlike Florida, you don't have the traffic and crowds of people to deal with (this apparently is a well kept secret and perhaps I should not have revealed this). As we normally go to Florida every year, we now have put this condo in the rotation of areas to revisit. Thanks Tim and Lori. See you in the future.

This was my first experience with VRBO and I'm hooked. The property was just as advertised on the website. The check-in process was easy as pie and the interaction with the owner prior to my arrival was very good. The unit was clean with nicely appointed furnishings. I'm usually a hotel guy but this experience has definitely changed my mind. I have nothing to complain about whatsoever except maybe the weather but not much anyone could have done about that.

Good place to stay will come back again
