There were no keys involved. This was a secured code. Problem was the door jamb had been previously kicked in as acknowledged by security. When we got there, we had problems getting into the condo. You could actually push on the door jam and wiggle the whole frame. The maintenance man who lives on the property only does maintenance one day a week so our access to get in was very difficult ….when we got in the door would not secure behind us. My husband had to stay in the room while the rest of us went down to the pool facilities. I was able to talk to security later that night, he did not have any drill to put some screws into the door frame, but said he would be on security duty until 2 AM. Therefore, we had to prop up the door with chairs because we did not feel secure in the condo. We did reach out to Joel who was the condo owner as soon as we got there and did not get a return back for over an hour. We were not sure what to do about the situation… finally the next day the elderly maintenance man did come up at 10 AM to assess the situation he was able to put more screws in the Door about 11 AM that ruined half hour day. Plus I did not sleep well upon arrival because the door was not secure. We also had an issue with three of the four TVs. There was only one that worked. We did not get a response back from Joel until the second night after we had already went to bed he had texted around 11 PM saying that the other three TVs in the rooms he would have to do streaming through the TV which I have never done before, we never did get this to work so we never had a TV except in the front main room. The light and exhaust fan on the oven did not work. I was very frustrated as I paid a lot of money for this condo. The views were terrific so we had no issue there. It was just the lack of feeling secure in the condo overall, since we already had paid the money, I felt we were stuck there. I will never rent from this Joel again.

Somebody needed to fix that door frame before we even got into the condo. I felt like Joel the owner did not get back to us in a timely manner to any of our questions. Even the security guard said that the condo owner should have to abide by HOA expectations.
