It was our first time in a vacation house. Received the email on how to get in and all instructions before arrival. The location was perfect, close to the beach but not sandwiched in between a bunch of other houses- so it was very quiet. Enjoyed the lower deck that was private and had the pool table. While not for serious play (seen better days lol), it was nice to have there and the kids enjoyed it. Also had a chess board. Lots of seating outside to spend the evenings. House was clean, comfortable and had lots of furnishings. Little chilly in the house and no way to change it (never contacted anyone about it, just saying) Overall it was a great stay and we would do it again.

We “let the good times roll” and made wonderful memories with our adult kiddos. The property was so conveniently close to the beach and only 10 mins to Pleasure Pier, Murdochs, Rainforest Cafe, Wal-Mart and Kroger and even closer to Putt-putt and the Tipsy Turtle. The decor was stunning, beds are comfortable and the appliances were new. Oh and the sofa……sooooo comfortable. The upper deck with new outdoor furniture was the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee. The entertainment deck aka lower deck was enjoyed by the fam with a dip in the hot tub and a game of pool before we headed upstairs for cards, drinks and Wii (we brought). Thank you for a great time with unforgettable memories.

A few light bulbs were out…. it would have been nice if there were some there for us to change out but no biggie.

We enjoyed our stay, the house interior is updated and has nice amenities. They had a beach umbrella and chairs which was very nice for the beach. We loved that you could drive down to the beach, park on the beach and sit right down without carrying everything in the heat. It was nice to sit on the covered deck and enjoy the breeze. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach.

The mosquitoes were really bad by the outdoor shower and under the house area. Bring repellant! We couldn't figure out how to use the showers, or lock the door so we had to contact the owner. It would be very nice to have a note inside with instructions for these 2 issues.
