The location is centrally located and access to roads and businesses is good. The pool was clean but it was not quite swimming season. The rest of the yard is in need of attention in many ways.

The exterior and interior of the home looks nothing like the pictures you display. Your pictures must have been from when the place was brand new. It is far from new and has been neglected. The exterior is shabby looking. Just a few examples are, the exterior stucco is in siginficant disrepair, landscaping rocks are strewn all around on the driveway, and front walkway and the area around the pool need cleaning especially the sliding door's windows and tracks. All outdoor furniture was vey dirty and we had to do significant cleaning before using it. Remember, we were expected guests.

Very spacious home!!! We were there for a baseball tournament and I had 3 other families stay with us and couldn’t tell we had 13 people there!!!! The kitchen has 2 fridges plenty of space to cook.

The host was completely on top of everything. From the beginning to our stay to the end!!

Excellent place to stay with multiple families. Very roomy and him great to relax and enjoy family time.
