The coziness, the location was close to everything we wanted to do.

The AC was not working. The host did offer to send someone out to check it while we were there, but we said she could wait until after we left.

The only negative was that there were some ants.

The unit has the most amazing bay front view! The sunsets were amazing. Accommodations were clean, cozy and comfortable. We had a great time!

The apartment is very nice and the view is spectacular. Loved the fact that we had a pool and tennis courts right downstairs. Walkable to the beach is also key!!

To get into the room the code was the last 5 digits of my phone number. It didn't work, and the contact person I was given did not return calls or texts so I was in a panic. Ultimately, after calling booking.com I realized they had my phone number incorrect in their system. When I used the # they had I was able to enter the room. The contact person finally got back to me at 6pm :((( which is crazy since check in is at 4. He said it's "hard for him to make calls during the day"....ridiculous. With three kids it would have been hard to sleep in the car! Please change the contact person as Jose is probably working another job during the day and cannot do both!

Location is superb! Everything is accessible. View is astonishing! Our last day we even saw a family of dolphins from our balcony overlooking the water! Simply perfect.
