Location and very spacious

Dirty, spiders, uncomfortable beds, unorganized drawers. Broken oven, fire pit, no ac.

The home is nice and spacious and comfortable. The location is close by to the Raleys and gas stations. Good that the garage can park 2 cars since there is no street parking. It is close by to Northstar, Mt Rose and Diamond Peak but Palisades is an hour away.

Despite the spacious living room and family room, the dining table seats only 6 and is too small for the home. The fridge is also too old and the freezer temperature is too high as our ice cream was melting. It would be nicer if the mattresses are newer as the beds are sinking slightly and it would be even better if there are 2 Queen size beds instead of 4 twins. There are also some cobwebs at the top of the kitchen ceiling.

The host is very attentive and has prepared a lot of things, especially the snowboards in the garage. My child likes it very much
