- perfect location, lovely view of the harbour, good walking distance to the beach and old town - nice modern design, good appliances (tv, sound system, coffee machine, washing machine) - big bed with a good mattress - good communication with the host

- there was nowhere to hang our clothes - the drying rack was tiny, struggled to get clothes dry after washing - the flat was not cleaned properly, there was black mold in the shower and dust on shelves, fridge and some dishes were dirty - it would have been nice if there was a kitchen towel, a bathroom mat and a few more dishwasher tablets - bright green exit light is slightly disturbing at night

Loved the space, decor and facilities. Antonio has thought of everything you could possibly need, lounge, dining, kitchen, balconies, view, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and as you open the door into the apartment, you get that wow feeling. We definitely recommend this place and Gary’s was a cute authentic town.

Parking was a bit tedious. Don’t be deterred by work in progress in foyer. Don’t rely on entry codes once you check in, make sure you take the key. 😂

The keyless app worked fine but the time of entry was somehow an hour off and we arrived early. The help at Keesy was subpar but I called Antonio and he fixed the problem immediately over the phone and we were able to gain entry. Overall, this was a great apartment with a convenient location to get around. The apartment was clean, modern and fully equipped. As a host, Antonio was fantastic and extremely helpful.

Parking is available in front of the location or in a lot nearby. The system for getting a parking pass from the city is not terribly clear, although meters are always an option and no one seemed to care about permits during weekends. The stairs to the apartment are steep and could be a challenge for some.

The property is stunning, well resourced and comfortable with quirky high ceilings original beams & sleek, brushed silver piping. The contrast of modern meeting ancient cobbled stones as soon as you set foot outside of the apartment adds to the mystery of Gaeta. Ocean views from the balcony make you stop, look & appreciate nature in all its splendour as you ponder and think about what’s important in life & how the simple things bring you so much pleasure. Set the alarm if you want to see an early morning sunrise, dotted by fishermen casting their nets out for the catch of the day.

This is not what I didn’t like but rather something we found challenging. The stairs to the apartment, not for the elderly or indeed anyone with fitness or health problems. They’ve been styled beautifully but are difficult to manoeuvre and especially with luggage. It would be worth Antonio (the hostess with the mostess!) providing a meet & greet service so luggage is carried for the guest. If this was the case I would guarantee my future rental & recommendation. Antonia has been an absolute gentleman & quick to respond to our needs, before & during our stay!

Superb apartment. Modern, beautiful, spotlessly clean. In terms of size, it was perfect for a couple. The apartment has everything you could possibly need.

The apartment is on the outskirts of the town so it's a full 30mins walk to the restaurant area. On the other hand, it's easy to find parking near the apartment. If you like walking, it's not a problem location.
