When he entered the location, it was like we were in the Ghetto. I was nervous and was disappointed about how the property looked from the outside. Outside the door to the unit has not been swept. Inside the condo was okay until we discovered the floors have not been swept and mopped. We had to throw away my granddaughter's white socks. It was black with dirt. Then I opened the microwave to use, and a cup was left inside, all moldy.(attached pic) In one of the bathrooms, hair was on the floor from the previous occupant. It was obviously not swept. Does not worth the money! Oh I forgot about the roach. I don't know why I didn't read the reviews before I booked.

the location very convenient. the property is very poorly maintained. they do not maintain it. The heating doesn't work. The bases of the beds are broken. The shower in the main room is broken. the table of dining room collapsed when we were going to dinner. my parents who are elderly were scared because it is a table that was damaged. The outside of the apartment is completely dirty. No one cleans and it shows. The manager was notified who said he was going to arrive and never showed up. pity. the property is beautiful but they do not give it maintenance

We liked that the location was very close to Mount Airy Casino.

It was cold and we couldn't get thermostat past 72 and temp of apartment was 66. The shower in Master Bedroom is broken water sprayed all over. Frying Pans to cook in really need to be replaced. The lower lock on front door needs to be fixed it was very loose and unsafe.

Mount Pocono condo from hell everything in the Supposedly condo was Falling apart walls were dirty kitchen cabinets are falling apart door knobs falling apart bedsheets and towels were heavily worn out also found Roaches ….on Booking.com sad it had washer and dryer Didn’t see any washer&dryers and also no Wi-Fi.. so sorry to say but Never again would I take my family

Horrible property A bunch of trash all over the property never again would I bring my family to a place like this

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Everything was nice and neat. Definitely a do over!
