As advertised, the house is right on the beach. Wake up everyday and you can watch and listen to the tide roll in and out all day long. The trip to the east side and to the northwest sides to watch the sunrise and sunsets are very easy. Georgetown/7 mile beach and the west side are about 45 -60 mins away (depending on traffic) but there were good restaurants nearby, so little need to travel far unless you want to. The kitchen was complete and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean. Robert was also very thoughtful with sponges and trash bags. Two very small caveats about my stay: I needed to call Robert to learn the trick for the shower (very easy but not obvious: you need to pull down under the tub faucet) and the WiFi went out during my stay during a holiday weekend, but Robert was very responsive at all times and I got back on. The cable tv looked good too, although I never really used it other than to check it out. In short, the house was great, and I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Azure Breeze, especially the location and beach right outside the door. There is great snorkeling along the reef, but also enough soft sand to make it fun to walk along the beach looking for washed up coral and shells, and sit at the water's edge relaxing. It's a quiet part of the island, but very easy to get to other beaches and tourist destinations. I'd say the spot is ideal for families that want to be away from the busy seven mile beach area and have a more laid back beach vacation. Very comfortable spot and the owners responded quickly to questions and provided great local tips!

This was a vacation planned for our adult children. Our daughter’s significant other my husband and I. 5 total. The villa was outstanding! Very clean, fully stocked except your food, kayaks, wonderful patio furniture and just steps from the beach. It was so much more than we hoped for.!it is on the quiet side of the island, which we wanted and great snorkeling right in front of the villa. We will be back!

Based on other reviews of this property, I was expecting something special and I wasn’t disappointed! The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. The one thing missing in the pictures is the snorkeling - WOW! It was amazing and it was straight out from our house. We took water shoes and once we got passed the sea grass, the coral and underwater vegetation and fish were just incredible. No big waves since there is a barrier reef and this made the snorkeling so easy and fun even for our kids. We liked being in a quiet part of the island but still only a 10 minute drive to starfish point and rum point beach. The property manager is extremely responsive! We would stay here again and would recommend the property to others! I already miss the view.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at our villa. Perfect location for a small family or couples. Very easy check in. Great communication from start to finish!! Definitely rent a car so you can get to restaurants and explore the beaches!! Ten minutes from Rum Pointe, which we loved!!

We had the most amazing stay with our little family. The kids loved having access to the beach right went they stepped out on the porch. The house was very well stocked. We had everything and more that we needed.

Had a lovely week staying here, the house has everything you need and is in a great location to explore the island. We will miss waking up to the fabulous sea view each day. We will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful property! On the Northside it is nice and quiet and having the beach to yourself is wonderful. The villa is equipped with everything you may need except food, LOL. The snorkeling directly in front of the Villa is wonderful - we snorkeled every day we were able to. We did several activities this week including renting a Catamaran, going to the Turtle center, Botanical Gardens and other things. The Over the Edge restaurant just down the road has wonderful food and having a small grocery store close by was so convenient. When we traveled to Rum Point we noticed how the villa's got closer and closer to each other. During our stay we only saw people staying in the other 5 Villa's. There is no way to explain how beautiful the area was - we would have loved a second week to keep enjoying the beautiful snorkeling. Only negative is the mosquitos - they were plentiful but nothing bug spray didn't fix. We had one issue come up and the owner responded immediately and kept me informed as to the progress of getting it fixed. Very helpful - Frank guided us to the location and time for snorkeling and seeing some fantastic fish sightings.

This is the perfect place for a family who likes to snorkel. The house is so clean and well stocked. The beach is the perfect combination of shade and sun. We had such a great time in the fabulous home!

We had a beautiful time here! The house had everything we needed and then some: multiple beach towels, hats, books/magazines, games, sand toys, snorkel gear, hangers in the closets, hair dryers, first aid kit. Having a private, peaceful beach a few steps out the door was amazing. We saw iguanas and crabs and chickens regularly, which we loved. We visited Chisolm’s often to get everything we needed to cook & snack at home. Food on the island is very expensive so we tried to only eat out once a day. And the kitchen at the house had everything we needed to make cooking at home convenient. We used the snorkel gear and kayaks daily. However, my son stepped on a few urchins so make sure to bring water shoes with hard bottoms. The drive from the house to the more populated areas can take an hour, so we planned a day or 2 where we drove in and spent the whole day before driving back. But being able to enjoy the touristy things and then retreat back to our peaceful paradise was perfect. The only thing we were missing was a beach umbrella that we could put in the sand down by the water while we were hanging out. The back porch has shade and isn’t far from the water but I prefer to sit right on the shore but the sun was so relentless I couldn’t stay down there for long periods of time without shade. However that was just my personal preference and did not take away from our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Grand Cayman!!

A nice, well-equipped villa right on a pretty beach in a quieter section of Grand Cayman. Away from the bustle (and traffic) of George Town, yet only about 45 minutes away. Quite close to Rum Point, the Crystal Caves and Starfish Point. On calm days, the snorkeling was surprisingly good on the reef 50-100 feet off the shore in back of the villa. The villa was nice and clean with beautiful beach views and a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, sand toys and two kayaks with life jackets. The owner responded quickly to communications and their guide to the villa explained everything well. We had a great week on the island!

Beautiful outlook directly into the ocean. Very well equipped with all kitchen utensils and some food items. Lots of beach toys for the kids. Convenient for Rum point and starfish cove. Kaibo bar was lovely and the bioluminescent tours depart from Kaibo dock. Quite a drive to 7 mile beach but worth it for the tranquility the property offers, we will definitely stay again.

Our stay was incredible. From the second we walked in the door, we noticed the thought that went into making the house as homey and comfortable as possible. There were fresh flowers on the table next to a bottle of wine. There were plenty of beach towels, toys, bags to borrow, hats to wear, and games to play. The fridge was stocked with condiments and the cabinets had the pantry items that one might need a little of when cooking. The outside was perfect for our family of 5, mom, dad, 4year old, 7 year old and nana. The kids loved playing in the sand right outside the slider and we were able to keep an eye on them away from the water. We had some visits from the resident chicken we named, Sandy and a few lizards. The sea glass hunt was fruitful as well as the rock and coral supply. We enjoyed being close to starfish point and the crystal caves and the ease of choosing when to head to the “city”. There were many little things that made a big difference in our enjoyment of the property but what made the biggest difference was the comfortable beds. It’s always a gamble at rentals but we all slept soundly. Do not hesitate to rent this house. We were extremely pleased. Thanks you!

This place was incredible. Everything was so clean and neat. The location was ideal as we enjoy being away from the crowds! Super relaxing but still fairly close to grocery and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again on our next trip back to Grand Cayman.

Everything was as listed. The house was in a great spot. Beautiful setting right on the beach. North side of the island is much less congested with tourists. Awesome place if you want to get away and decompress.

Amazing VRBO, just steps from the beach as indicated! A great spot to relax. It is on the quiet side of the island. Very clean which was our main criteria after finding one "on the beach". They also provide most kitchen items if you want to cook/grill. The only thing we would have changed was to have less sea grass and more sand as you go out in the water but realize this is out of the host control and maybe that is not always there. Would highly recommend.

We loved the interior as well as exterior of the house. Wonderful for snorkeling and kajaking. Not overcrowded!

Such a beautiful property and view! We went to Cayman to celebrate our oldest's college graduation; especially after a few years of little to no travel due to Covid, we wanted to get away for a special time. Azure Breeze and the North Side were perfect for us! Away from the hustle and bustle of George Town with the cruise ships but within a quick drive to everything we wanted to do, Azure Breeze provided us with the relaxation we craved and access to fun activities that we added in to our trip. The property itself is even better than you see in the photos - it was incredibly clean with all of the household items (and more than we expected!) you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are also incredibly responsive - I never had to wait more than 30 minutes (if that) for a response to any questions I had regarding our trip. We had no problems during our stay, but I have to believe that they would have responded just as promptly to concerns as they did to questions. Highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful time.

The home was as beautiful as the pictures. It was nice to have some of the basic necessities provided. We were a little put off by the amount of sea grass, not what I expected but that’s my issue. We enjoyed the island and the house was all we could ask for.

Fabulous property in a lovely location

This home made for a wonderful trip. It was very comfortable and being on the northside very quiet. Exactly what we were looking for.

The owners have done a wonderful job of making their property feel like home to renters. As a family that likes to cook and be in the ocean, we found all of the kitchen tools and beach accessories we were hoping for. I highly recommend snorkeling at the house and finding time to enjoy the private, quiet beach.

Host communication was a breeze. Spotless lovely comfortable home. Ideal location for those who want to be away from the chaos and experience the peace and quiet and more local folk living their lives. Lovely snorkeling out out back door when the conditions were calm enough. Rented a car and explored other areas when they weren’t. Great restaurants nearby. Wish we were still there!

This house was perfect for my husband and I, my adult daughter and her boyfriend and my adult son. Very clean, very appreciative to have beach towels, air conditioning and two bathrooms. All the kitchen supplies necessary, my daughter struggled with the local menus so being able to make Mac and cheese saved the day. The view is awesome, the beach is not like SMB, it’s better! Endless Shells and treasures to pick. The reef in front of the house is great snorkeling and shallow and about a 50 yard swim. The kayaks were a blast too! The location is on the quiet side of the island, plan extra time to get to the west side of the island if you have a tour planned. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get to the yacht club, about 20 miles, We were 45 minutes late for our fishing trip. Plan ahead rush hour is nuts. I highly recommend azure breeze villas, it was home away from home-perfect! Thank you, thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay in the North Side. The place was immaculate - I have never stayed in a rental that was so clean upon arrival, and that's no easy feat next to the beach. It was a great base for everything we wanted to do and we didn't have to return to the hustle and bustle of George Town unless we wanted to. Things we did: -Bioluminescent kayak from Rum Point (a little over 10 min. away) -Stingray City tour from Kaibo (about the same distance, also Kaibo restaurants have longer hours than current websites imply - reserve the Tues. BBQ online) -Crystal Caverns (only 2 min. away!) -Kayak and snorkel right off the beach of the rental to check out the coral reef Wider selection of groceries was a bit of a drive, but Chisholm's was very convenient and we could get what we needed on a Sunday. We were graced with calm, perfect snorkeling/kayak days and took advantage of both amenities. The sand right outside the door and down to the beach is perfect, but you will definitely want water shoes for the sea grass/rocks to actually dip your toes. Convenience to coral reef cannot be beat. On a windy day, we drove back over to 7 Mile for smooth sand and fewer waves. We loved waking up every morning in paradise. We would definitely go back.

The home was right on the water (as advertised!), with stunning views, in a more quiet part of the island, on the north side. The beds were very comfortable, and the two twins room was kindly converted to a king bed upon request. There were kayaks, beach towels, snorkel equipment, etc. Everything that we needed. And Robert was very responsive when we had questions. An excellent host. We would definitely return to this home.

The house was even better than I imagined. Everything was clean and and comfortable with gorgeous views from the living room/kitchen and upstairs master bedroom. We loved hanging out on the lounge chairs just steps away from the water. The owner even left us a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers on the table. Location was great - just down the road from Chisolm’s market, which had everything we needed, and about 10-minute drive from Rum Point. It was exactly the relaxing, quiet vacation we hoped for. We’ll be back!

This was our first time to Grand Cayman and from doing research I saw there were 2 main options. Stay at a resort, or stay at an independent property. The resorts, especially at the 7 Mile Beach are very busy and full of tourists. Not our style, so we opted to feel more like island residents. It was perfect. The unit was beautiful, spacious and centrally located to everything you might want to do. Rum Point and Starfish Beach are just minutes down the road. The East End is also just a few minutes away and many times we didn't even pass another car when driving there. If you want to go to sleep and wake up with the ocean in your front yard this is the place. Every amenity was already there including beach towels, snorkeling gear, coolers and anything you might need. Just show up with your clothes and begin having fun immediately. We snorkeled and kayaked right in front of the unit and much of the time just stayed right there and enjoyed relaxing with the beach and the waves. No stress and just great Island vibes. You won't be disappointed.
