I stayed on this property with my family of six and another family of four. It was nice having the two separate houses.. There were plenty of beds, rooms, and thick mats for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen in the main house is stocked with all different types of cookware and bakeware. Access to the river was wonderful. We spent an entire day swimming in the river. We made sandwiches and brought down drinks and snacks. There isn't any shade so a canopy or cover of some kinda is necessary in the summer months. The house has WiFi. There is no cellphone reception in the area and the surrounding areas that are 15-20 minutes away. Both families enjoyed our stay very much!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the property, which the property was family oriented. However the bed was super hard. The sofa was a lot more comfortable. Overall, a good stay for a short timeframe.

Loved it! Did not want to leave. Question: how do I become a Gripper? My husband rides and his favorite rider is Greg LeMond too so that was a nice surprise.

The property is near the river and the grandkids had a blast playing in the SUPER cold water. the house is well equipped and very comfortable. The property manager was very good in resolving a couple of minor issues. Would definitely stay there again!

This home was perfect for our family! After over a year of not seeing our grandchildren, we looked forward to a special time together. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. A short hike to the river provided a full day of entertainment. There was no need to travel anywhere else.

It’s fun and nice but took us 30 mins. To enter, hopefully next time I won’t have trouble finding the lock, cause it says lock box but it wasn’t anything like a lock box to enter.

Beautiful space. We loved the decks and access to the river. Plenty of room for our family. Equipped with everything we needed.

The house was clean and spacious and stayed nice and cool during the hot days of our stay. It was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The multi-tiered decks were great for grilling and listening to the river burble below. You can walk down (a very steep) path to the river below and there's a great little swimming hole area there too!

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The decks were awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely keep this as a return location.

Plenty of space for everyone to spend time with each other, whether in the kitchen or living room, and the sleeping spaces were also very nice. The high number of bathrooms was also very convenient for our group! Only thing missing is a hot tub! ;)

We had a ladies weekend here and it was perfect for our group. We all got like own room and two of us our own bathroom! The kitchen had so much space for all of our food and beverages which was great. There was even some food already there as well as coffee and teas. The lower deck was perfect for sun tanning and the grill area was great for eating our meals outdoors. Overall we had the best time there and all said we’d love to come back for another weekend soon!

What a beautiful place. That deck is amazing. Went rafting with the family down the Trinity river. We all had a blast.

The stream and the wooden decks are there exactly waiting for you. Unbelievably beautiful view from the living room! It seems that all the amenities were remodeled recently. I liked two refrigerators in the kitchen! Plenty of cooking wares and utensils. You get to sleep with actual sound of stream.. perfect vacation home ever!!

This review was submitted before the home was managed by Vacasa. This home was absolutely gorgeous inside and out!! There were only two things that could be improved on. The first was the comfort of the bed in the master. The second was the water. There are tannins (naturally occurring) in the water that we couldn’t taste fortunately but could see. My son took a bath the first night there and the water was so brown it looked like he was bathing in diluted tea. A quick call to the property manager cleared up that issue but I wish that would have been disclosed beforehand so we wouldn’t have had a minor freak out when he took a bath. Otherwise, this cabin was in the perfect location and had everything we needed in it. It’s also a new build and in excellent condition.

Great place for privacy, swimming, fishing. There are 2 separate homes that sleep 10. Nice modern kitchen, beautiful decks, fantastic views.
