This is a great place to stay at Smith Mt. Lake. And, the host is great to work with.

The property had comfortable beds and a good amount of space. My suggestions for improving would be to have dishwashing pods and trash bags available. The cleaning service could also do a better job.

Beautiful stay on the lake! Condo was very comfortable and accommodating. This condo could definitely use a deep cleaning (floors, carpets and dusting) and possibly a better cleaning service tending to it. I Recommend to bring your own bath towels and bath mats. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

We rented this unit based upon the proximity to other family members that own a place at Bernard’s Landing. We could not have been more pleased. The views of the mountains and lake are exactly what we were looking for. The unit was pleasantly decorated with lake decor and sufficiently stocked with everything for the kitchen. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Property was amazing.....had everything we needed, and then some. Plenty of space, gorgeous views, and great decor.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids thanks to the upstairs loft. The kitchen was equipped well and the addition of the beverage fridge was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and furniture was well maintained. Not a far walk to the dock which we could see from the condo. Thank you for a wonderful SML trip!

We highly recommend this condo it’s amazing m. The view of the lake, pool and mountains all in one. Maria was great with answering all my questions and making sure we were comfortable. Very easy process to check in and out too! We had a wonderful time at our nieces wedding then relaxing and enjoying the rest of weekend.

What an amazing weekend getaway! The property is gorgeous and well-equipped! The community is super convenient and allows for many family activities! The beds and couches are super comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms is a huge plus with a group! Walls are a little thin for neighbor noise, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future!

The condo was as described. Spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding, well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the facilities. The tennis, pickle ball, gym and indoor pool kept three teens very busy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the condo very much!!

This property was well furnished furniture wise. It was not completely stocked with kitchen necessities, like sponges, dish towels, dish detergent, wraps, etc. It had plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc. One problem that we had was not enough towels for the week. We were constantly washing and drying the hand towel (1), bath towel (1) for each person, (1) washcloth per person. I have stayed at some properties which had several towels and even provided beach towels for all. The cleaning crew could have improved their techniques. The scatter rugs in the bathrooms should have been washed before visitors. The toilet bowl was horrendous with old stains - needs to be cleaned or replaced. The 2 king beds were great and comfortable. The comfortable and sheets were exceptional, so we did get good sleep. They also provided a lot of usb hubs located around the rooms - very nice for this day and age. The furniture was very comfortable also. The washing machine and dryer was in the hall bathroom, which was a little awkward, but better than no w/d. The A/C worked well, but needed instructions. The Wifi worked well. The view was very good, and the balcony was used frequently. All and all, this was a very nice place. If you look around for necessities before you go to the store, you will still have a great time. This is also on the top floor, but we were able to all upstairs and downstairs quite a lot of time. Many more pros and cons, but that's all the time I have now. Thank you for sharing your condo.

My family of 5 (3 young children) had the best time! The condo was modern, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The views are absolutely amazing. The grounds had everything you need, we especially enjoyed our boat rental, the 2 pools and the sandy beach area. We will definitely be back soon.

Would highly recommend this place and want to visit again and again. Decorated nice, beds slept great, great family room space. I recommend carrying the extras (trash bags, hand soap, drinking cups, detergent) that’s no problem just nice to know! Wonderful experience!!! Great views!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s three bedrooms and three bathrooms. That alone was enough, but the view off the patio is proof of God’s mercy and his grace. I was in town for my nephews wedding which was in the conference center below our condo. Everything was wonderful. There is not one criticism I can give about this property. Had a minor problem with the DVD player but phone calls and FaceTime’s fix it quickly. When I come back to this area I will definitely book this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Bernard's Landing is a nice community. We enjoyed the tennis court and pool. It was a relaxing getaway.

My family LOVED our vacation here! The condo is newly renovated and beautifully decorated; it was so relaxing to come in after a day on the lake. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking meals, so there's no reason to leave Bernie's Landing. Thank you for everything!

The Lake House Condo was nicer than pictured, clean, kitchen well stocked. The location was excellent in Bernard’s Landing on the Lake with pool right out side deck. Parking available with area to place boat trailer and access to dock boat. The owner answered ALL my questions almost immediately. Instacart grocery delivery available, many wonderful local restaurants nearby. Lake activities include boat rentals, lake tours, paddle boards, jet skis, kayaks All very assessable and Blue ridge mountains & Appalachian Trail hiking nearby. We had a terrific week and would choose this condo again. The owner has the condo across the hall we would consider for another family group to join us.
