We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was placed centrally to all the places we wanted to go. The apartment was clean, had great rooms and a nice pool. I definitely recommend others to stay there.

The location was prefect, a short drive to all attractions we wanted to see. Hollywood, Universal Studios, LA Zoo, Warner Bros and much more. The apartment is on second floor, no elevator. It has all kitchen essentials plus basic pantry needs, condiments, cereal, pancakes/syrup. Overall great stay, we would stay here again.

Outstanding accessibility to all the Hollywood and LA spots you want to see. Great neighborhood, ample parking and even a partially stocked pantry and refrigerator. Highly recommended and we will stay here again.

Well stocked and clean VRBO. The pool was a great size, the building felt very safe. Right next To Griffith Park which was convenient for hiking and jogging. Highly recommend!

This was exactly the place we were looking for. No issues from check in to check out. It was a perfect stay.

We have stayed here once before because it is close to where our grandkids live. Last year it was hot and the pool was just what we needed. It was a little cooler this time it the kids still got to swim( we book the 3 bedroom and register the kids as guests). Host is very accommodating and seemed to have stocked some items for breakfast. We appreciate their hospitality.

Apartment was clean and very well equipped. Pantry was well stocked, fresh quart of milk and a dozen eggs in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch. Conviently located near I-5. We will stay again.

My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️

We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!

The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!

The apartment was spacey, clean, updated, in a great location. We did not use the pool due to the temperature, but we might use it next time we book. Ray was very attentive and the pantry and fridge were stock with essentials. I cannot stress enough what a great stay we had and totally recommend this place for your next stay.

Hosts communicated well and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with a surprising amount of food - you should definitely check-in before heading to the grocery store! The location was great for our itinerary (WB Studio Tour, Universal Studios, seeing the Hollywood sign). The drive to Disneyland was a little longer (about an hour in weekday morning traffic), but not bad at all. My husband and teens enjoyed going for a run in Griffith Park. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful location for those going to Universal Studios or Warner Bros tour. Close to Griffith Park access and of course then there’s the rest of LA by car…and a designated parking spot! The pool was well kept and the living space was stocked with everything you need to relax after a long day: a big tv, pantry staples, towels and blankets. We are very pleased with our stay.

I booked this place because of the location. All the places I planned to visit were within 30 minutes drive. The apartment was well furnished and stocked with essentials. A life saver in the middle of the night. Chevron was also right across the street. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Ray & Sandy really thought of everything. They also let me drop off my luggages before checkin time. Very accommodating. My family and I enjoyed our stay. i highly recommend this place.

We drove from WY state to visit Disney and Universal. (Stayed at hotel near Disney then here for Universal days.) It was so nice to have a place to call home for a couple days away from chaos after visiting Universal, and to be able to come back and make a real meal and real breakfast before leaving. It was a quick easy drive over to Universal. Place had everything we needed and then some. Spacious, quiet. The well stocked fridge and pantry put it over the top. Everything from eggs, milk, butter, creamer, salad dressing, to popcorn, cereal, pancake mix, and every spice I’d need. Pool was chilly even for WY kids in March, and in the middle of complex where people live full time so didn’t really feel like kids could blow off energy from long car ride with loud voices unlike when you’re at a hotel pool that is isolated, but overall was a great space and would definitely recommend! Quick easy communication with owners.

So many details Ray & Sandy thought of made this an amazing place to stay! When we got there, calm music was playing, chocolates were on the coffee table, everything was clean and neat, and it felt so inviting! We really enjoyed our week. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved being so close to Griffith park, especially the zoo. We would love to stay again and this will be the first place I check the next time we head to California!

This is our second time staying at Ray and Sandy's property, and like the first time, everything was fantastic! We ended up checking in a bit early as it was storming and my son needed to use the restroom. When we got there, Ray was actually still in the process of having the apartment cleaned. He allowed my son to used the restroom and let us wait inside while he finished getting it cleaned up. We chatted with Sandy as we waited. They are the sweetest and most welcoming hosts. Location is perfect as everything was within a 15 minute drive. This time around we got to enjoy Universal Studios as the weather cleared up the next day and that park was pretty empty which was a plus for us. I would definitely recommend staying at this property - clean, well stocked fridge and pantry (very much appreciated), comfy beds, designated parking space, close proximity to Universal Studios and dining places. This was a great property to stay at. Easy freeway access. Close to the studios, Pasadena, Hollywood, Griffith Park, Dodger Stadium, and lots of other places. Unit was super clean, quiet, extremely well appointed and stocked, comfortable beds. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely stay again.

The most kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. Superbly clean and comfortable space. Easy (and accommodating) check-in process. The staples that were stocked in the fridge and pantry which I was invited to enjoy just made this stay over the top. Thank you, Ray and Sandy, for making me feel so welcome! We loved everything about staying here. The place was very clean, cute, and had many amenities. The location was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. It was about 15 minutes to the park with traffic. We will definitely be back!

We were positively surprised when we arrived. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful! Even nicer than in all the pictures. We would highly recommend it to anyone and will happily return for another visit!

It was an aweosme stay for a family of six. We were comfortable and felt safe. It was less than 15 minutes from Universal Studio. The layout was optimal and we were able to cook meals with assortment of cookwares and utensils provided. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The host was gracious enough to stock the fridge with essentials (milk, eggs, cheese, etc.). It was greatly appreaciated since we checked in late and didn't have to worry about getting grocery for the next morning.

We've stayed at many VRBO properties across the country and this was probably the cleanest, most well stocked and overall comfortable we have had. Location for us was good, with good restaurants, coffee and grocery nearby. Location was good for visiting a variety of sites as well. Hosts are on site, friendly and helpful. Would re-book if we were to come back.
