Very quiet, comfortable. Short 3 minute walk to the beach.

The unit was a 2 min walk to the beach which was nice. When we arrived the AC was not working but they got that resolved very quickly which was great. But the unit did have a mildew smell when we arrived and the light fixture in the shower seemed like it was going to fall through the ceiling at any moment that needs to be resolved. all in all unit was nice for the weekend bed was very firm and could you a deep clean under and behind furniture but was great being so close to the beach and the pool right outside the back door the only other thing my wife and I were surprised about was no smart TVs or anyway to do streaming apps. So bring one with you if that’s what you prefer to use.

It was a perfect downstairs condo for 2 adults and 2 teenager's! Close to the beach and pool was right out the back door. We rented a golf cart and drove it all over the island! We will be back!!😍🌅👙🏖🌞

Upon arrival we couldn’t get into the lock box but Melissa was so easy to get ahold of and was by in 5 minutes to help us out. Amazing location, can’t ask for better, safe neighborhood, and very walkable to the beach. Quiet apartment! Not the cleanest, but it had everything we needed and for a trip with 2 little kids, it couldn’t have been better!!!!

Very comfortable. Close to the beach. They put new sofa in as we checked in with a pull out bed. Had all we needed!

We enjoy coming to port Aransas. This is our 3rd time and have stayed in 3 different condo’s. This one the bed was uncomfortable and the fold out couch was a joke. Condo was very clean.

It was a great location , had a little bit of a smokers smell and the vent of the ac return was dirty , we checked in friday very easily, spent the Saturday at the beach and when we came back around 9, there was water all over hallway at 1st I assumed it was from us and cleaned it up. But than I slipped and realized it was a lot more water than it should be. I called the office around 1030 and I told them I put a pot under the leak and understood they could not get anyone there that late at night. Maintenance showed up before we checked out and the whole ceiling tile fell and water was everywhere. We Hd to pack and move our stuff while tracking dirty water everywhere. He said he would come back after we were done.

Although there are no views from the condo, it is just a short walk to the beach. Convenient to all of the fun, restaurants and attractions of Port A. The pool is just outside the back door. Parking is provided just outside the front door for loading and unloading. Overall nice stay.

My husband and I came down for an adults only weekend in celebration of my birthday. The condo was in a great location and spotlessly clean upon arrival. There were a couple minor annoyances for me (i.e. pics show a bathtub - I wanted to soak, but there is a newly renovated standup shower with endless hot water, the lock on the front door sticks and the hubby had to manhandle it whenever we left, etc.) but nothing that would stop me from staying again. The hubby is already trying to plan another weekend here. 5 stars.

Good points: A close walk to the beach, quiet location, easy to find, great communication with lease manager, affordable, comfy bed, nice bathroom. The living room furniture is a little old and cruddy and there was no bedding for the pull out couch. I would stay here again.
